Rikki reached over and nudged him with her nose, "Dont be sad about it. Atleast you never had to watch your brother be killed or your mother almost starve." she said

Darko sighed and turned to her, "I never know my mom, or my siblings. The humans raised me from a cub, they are the only family I know." He told her.

Rikki cocked her head to the side, "why would they take your from your mother? She was suppose to teach you how to run, and hunt." she mentionef

Darko shop his head, " I can't hunt here and I don't know, they just did. I can never tell why they do things." He said and put his head back down as he started thinking more.

Rikki dropped her own head to her paws, "Sorry." she mumbled looking down at the rock beneath her nose

Darko turned and licks her, "Its okay, I mean it is not like you know." He said not wanting her to feel bad, how could she had known.

Rikki sighed as she glanced back at the enclosure, "what was it like? Growing up with humans?" she asked looking at him curiously

Darko sighed and flicked his ears, "What do you mean how is it like?" he asked not really knowing what she meant by that.

Rikki shrugged, "What was it like? Did they force you to do stuff?" she asked

Dario shrugged, "Well after I got off milk they trained me to do thing, I guess you would call it and I learned about other animals when we walked around the place, out of the fences."
