While they were going around to all the dead wolves, I hung back, trailing them. I am not used to their ways but I still respect them. After they finished I went up to them "How many of your pack were mindlesly slaughtered?" I asked sorrowfully. They were too full of grief to even answer me. I thought of all of the wolves shot, and even I, started to cry. I Remember when that happened to a fellow pack of ours when I was young and it was horrible. So I can't imagine how they must feel. "How could they just kill them without reason?" I sobbed. I remember the cut off howls and then gunshots getting closer. "Savages" I growled angrily.
