knox padded back and forth by yhe river side. expecting at any moment for a wolf to jump out of the bushes and chase him out of the territory, like the last few packs he had joined.

kane walked slowly through the woods, unsure of what to do in the strange new surroundings.

Lyra could hear pawsteps. She picked up the rabbit and followed the noise. Her sensitive nose could smell the wolf. Male. By the river... She could tell that with her nose. She quietly stalked through the undergrowth until she could clearly see the wolf. She stepped out of the bushes and sat down. She dropped the rabbit. "What are you doing here?" She shyly asked. Her natural shyness had gotten to her, but she knew she'd need to take any loners to the Alpha.

"I was just asking why you are here? Everyone is either hunting or searching for a new summer camp." Lyra cocked her head to the side. "Is something wrong? You look... ruffled. Did I scare you?" She smiled kindly.

"I was hunting." Lyra looked down at her freshly caught rabbit. "It looks like you were taking a stroll and I heard you. I thought you might have been a loner." She replied. "Want to hunt with me?" She asked shyly. :I-If you don't know anyone very well, well I-I guess you should start somehow..."
