Toronto blinked, allowing his eyes to adjust to the light. "Sleeping Beauty says five more minutes," he stated, dozing off again.

Toronto nuzzled the mare's cheek, licking one of her tears before it could hit the ground. "Jasmine, Kiko did not die because of anything you did. It wasn't your fault that you didn't produce enough milk for her. And I won't leave you now or ever, even if I did want a foal. That's not the reason I love you."

Shawn nibbled at Ayas fur getting the rest of the tree sap off and chuckled," dont worry that happens a lot around here.", he said.

Jasmine smiled and gradually stopped sobbing."Whats your reason again?", she asked in bit more cheerful state.

May chuckled and tugged on Torontos mane.

Toronto stood up, shaking his coat so that it settled exactly the way he liked it. "It has not been five minutes," he said to May in mock irritation.

Tanner smiled inwardly as he answered Jasmine's question. "I love you because you're the prettiest mare I've ever seen and you have the personality to match." The bay stallion nuzzled the mare again. "Feeling better?"

"i dont care, and neither does the foal." may teased and then said,"we are hungry and we thought you may like to join us" in more convincing manner.

Jasmine smiles and said," A bit.". She got up and stretched.

Shawn didnt realize he was leaning against a tree and he blushed when he did,"see what did i tell you?" he said smiling.

Toronto sighed, "I suppose I should spend time with my family rather than sleeping...."

"That's good," Tanner said, watching the mare stretch. She's so gorgeous. But like I told her, I won't leave her simply because she doesn't think she's ready for a foal.
