and loners begin to decent to the lower
valley. This provides bachelors a chance
to snake mares from larger herds, or to
gather lone mares that come out of hiding.

are rolling through the areas.
Temperature is still warm.

Titus nodded agreeably, beginning to move forward once more. He was not fond of the woods, but he would deal with it.

Kryto listened to his mare "We are probably one of the first, it's better to go first incase of bacholars and the weather.

Temperance trotted through the forest, feeling Titus uneasy. She glanced over at him, blinking. She remained quiet though, staring ahead

Titus shook out his ebony mane, keeping a watch for predators. He harks were pricked, and his head high as he moved. He did not want to let Temperance get hurt if he could help it.

Titus let his frame relax slightly as he saw the end of the forest. Within the next few days, it would get much colder, and he planned to have a little space for himself and his herd by then.

Titus smiled slightly, looking at the lush grass of the lower valley. Since it was only visited one or twice a hear, the grasses were long and delicious, a haven for any injured or sick horse if they needed it. The dunskin stallion smiled as he began to move through the knee-high grass.
