Adara looked at Ian. "I'm so sorry Ian, but I need to go and start going to the alpha meeting. It's getting late" She explained and stood up.

Alice awoke in the middle of the night and yawned. She noticed everyone was asleep.

Adara smiled apologetically at Ian and ran off towards camp. She slipped through it and back out into the woods. Running swiftly along the river, her white paws were pounding on the ground. She picked up Hawk's scent and she stopped. Lifting her head, she walked across the river and halfway across, she stepped on a loose stone and fell in. She tumbled around a bit, but surfaced and yelped a little as a rock hit her leg. She swam to the other side and got out. Shaking her fur, Adara continued towards hawk. "Hawk?" She called quietly

Hawk lifted his head. He noticed that she was all wet. "Are you ok?" Hawk asked Adara.

Adara sat down and nodded. "I h=just fell on a loose stone in the river, nothing serious" She explained and ignored the small pain in her leg. "I'm sorry I'm late"

"That's ok." Hawk replied. He motioned to the deer. "Are you hungry?" Hawk asked Adara, sitting near their meal.

Adara wagged her tail. "yes" She got up and walked over to the deer. "Thanks, are you going to have some?" She asked

"Yeah." Hawk replied. He ripped off a leg. "So, I was wondering how it was growing up being alpha pup."
