Moon-Dog was only feet away and his ears rung,though they were perked they didn't look it. He then stepped forward standing at the opening of the shallow shelter. "This looks like maybe it will blow over in an hour" He said quietly as he overheard the girls question. He sat looking like an outcast for his size he pushed it out his head.

Izabel blinked. "Umm..Yea it's Izabel" She said as she nudged his other side. Really unsure on what the heck he was talking about she ran with it. "We have to get you to a shelter before you freeze" She said cheerfully and with a light laugh.

" Why does it matter, a Wolfs duty in life is to do something good, I already have. It really doesn't matter if I live or die now. I can't even move."

Malto saw the large wolf and his mind went into protective mode. His body stayed completely still. His eyes watched the new arrival

Adara jumped in fear and scrambled behind Malto. Her nightmares flashed through her mind and the thought of this wolf chasing her was a terrifying thought. If she could, Adara would have dug herself into the wall of the shelter and hid there, hiding from her nightmares

Dane closed his greenish blue eye, not for the last time, but just to rest. He had been unlucky and had not found any shelter, although he had searched for many days.

Izabel felt sudden small again. She gave a fake laugh. "Well I have yet to do my good deed. So this may be it" She said as she nuzzled her nose underneath his belly and attempting to roll him she gave up and stood before him. Leaning down she bit his scruff careful to grip but not bite she began to pull him. With all her force she was doing it with ease. As she pulled him toward a tall oak that looked like a cotton ball in the snow she released her grip and began to dig. It took her a few moments to hit the roots that provided a wall like structure and she used the snow to pack a den. She turned back to him. "It's no warm cave but it will keep you from freezing" She told him as she pushed him down the hole trying to curl him.

Moon-Dog sensed the tension and took a light step back. He then sat and pulled his busy tail around his paws. "I'm heading toward where I heard a camp was..." He said as he stood up. "Your free to follow if you'd like to. I've heard it was given up by humans" He said not smiling but keeping a friendly tone.

"It's good enough for now." Dane said. You know you could have just pulled me by the collar. A brown leather collar was now visible around Danes neck now that there was no extreme snow to block out anyone's vision.

Malto thought for a bit. "If you don't mind, I might join you" he said, looking at Adara and saw him take a step back. He forced himself to relax. "I'm sorry, you surprised us. I'm Malto and my sister there is Adara"

Adara came back to her spot and smiled nervously at the brute. "May I join you please?" she asked, thinking of the camp and maybe finding better shelter

Izabel blinked. "Is that thing killing you?!" She exclaimed,her parents told her stories of such things. How the humans put it on you to slowly kill you as you got bigger. She took a step back and planned to save the brute. "Don't worry I will try to help you get it off" She said as she lashed her lowly tail to clear snow out her path. And her tiny paws shuddered she stood up. "After I go get you a snow rabbit...If I can find one that is" She said giving a warm smile. Then nodding.

Moon-Dog nodded. "Of course" He lifted his huge paw and turned to face the direction he was headed. "It's just north of here..Not that much farther I don't think..I will lead the way just follow my paw prints" He said in case the snow got that bad. As he turned and began to walk he left deep prints as he did his pace slowed as the snow depended.

"That's all wrong. If you get bigger, the humans loosen it so you don't choke. I don't really need it to be loosened, I kinda already was almost done growing when I got this collar."

Adara disn't hesitate in following Moondog through the snow. She stayed as close as she could behind him so there was no way she could get lost.

Malto let Adara go first before he took up the rear and followed close behind his sister. He could smell Moondog's scent and it helped guide him a little more before a huge wind blasted through and wiled it away. It looked like he was going to be relying on vision and hearing alone then. Great.
