Adara padded around in te snow that was blasting her face. "It's getting worse!" she barked over the hiwlin wind to her brother a few feet away from her.

Malto nodded and pricked his ears, peering through the sheets kf snow in front of his face and trying to find a sheltered place. "Over there" he barked happily, bounding over to a large, icy frosted mound. It curved in a wicked fashion, but it stopped most of the wind. He let his sister in first the he came in and laid down next to her, hoping to wait out fhe storm.

Dane lay in the snow. His paw pads were nearly numb. Though he was nearly frozen and could barely remember anything, he thought of that little light grey she wolf, the loner who he had saved which got him exiled from his former pack. He remembered staring into her innocent eyes, and how he acted so fast, knowing he could not let the beautiful blue fire in those eyes burn out.

Izabel stood out so plainly against the snow. Her tawny orangeish fur stained the white snow piling around and on her. Her black mane was the only thing not bristled with the snow. Her tiny paws shook,though from coldness not weakness. She leaned her small muzzle down and licked the ice chips off. She let her ears fall forward. She stood up and shook herself free of snow and carried on. As she tried to hum to keep herself calm she stepped right ontop of Dane and fell face first into the snow and she let herself sink. For a moment she didn't move and lifted her head shook the snow off and grinned a childish grin. Sprinting up. "Finally! Someone!" She said spinning awakwardly on her tiny paws. "You are alive right?!"

Moon-Dog however walked through the snow effortlessly. His huge paws sometimes came in handy,he stepped quietly in the snow as he stopped to listen for anything. As he himself blended in with the snow all but his very few black marks. Like floating in wind almost,and his stale cold blue eyes pierced around. Nothing,it was like a waste land. Until his ears caught wind of a conversation he headed for it.

Dane heard the muffled voice of a she wolf and he flicked his ears, far too weak to move. He barely had the strength to move his mouth and speak.

Izabel stood there a moment lashing her tail happily but it slowed as she got the sense he wasn't feeling well. She paced a moment. Glancing for any shelter she shifted to his side and nudged his rib cage,trying to urge him up. "C'mon lets get you to a warm place." She tried to budge him.

Adara looked at Malto, glad the wind didn't penetrate their small shelter. "Malto, will this last long?" she asked, thinking about hiw hungry they would get if they couldn't leave this place for days.

Malto sighed. "I don't know" he tipped his head up and howled. It was one that was filled with happiness of being alive and with bis sister, sadness for his mother and somewhat a call to other wolves who were most likely too far away to hear his howl. Who knows though, surprises happen.

"Huh?" Dane said as he felt something nudging him. "Is it you?"
