Harley stopped running after a while, gradually slowing down until he came to a stop. His tongue hung out his mouth, panting heavily. Looking up he noticed what looked like a young pup walking. He began walking towards it, stopping and lowering his head. "Hello little one. What are you doing out here alone?" He asked.

Ilios walked next to Sheriff, staying quiet. She was caught up in her thoughts.

Abbi looked at him and nudge his head up so he would look at her, "I am happy to say the same.. I just couldn't find the words. I ... Houston, I love you too." she finally spoke. A smile across her lips and a wag in her tail.\

Houston was speakless. He looked at her with half empty brown eyes. "Wait, you really mean it?" He asked, getting to his paws.

Sheriff sighed as they walked. "This place is changing people. I'm worried Ashton might... might go to Harley." He mumbled quietly. "I'm worried he'll end up doing what Abbi did. Leaving, betraying his gang, just to be one of the top dogs in the city." He said softly.

Abbi looked at him, "Of course.. I don't lie." she replied to him. Her voice sounded like she was a little thrown off and very truthful. So nobody could really know.

Ilios stopped. "I highly doubt she left to be a top dog. Maybe she just wanted to belong. Only reason my brother joined Harley. That and the fact Demon and you scare him to death." She pointed out, before she kept walking by his side.

Houston sighed softly and hopped off the wall, landing smoothly. "Well... I believ you." He said calmly, looking at her.

Sheriff looked back at her, the way his eyes looked revealed just how deep in thought he was. Turning back he didn't say anything and merely kept walking, for the first time his head hanging low.
