I saw chole and a young foal playing with each other I wanted to go and join.I walked up slowly to them and I asked if I could play too? I wanted to see if I be nice they might join my herd but I didn't want to be rude and come straight out with it so I was gonna ask?

I told tanner I wanted to be in his herd so I will be part of a herd if he accepted the offer.I walked out of the cav and started to look for some grass to graze upon,Then when I get thirsty I am going to go back to the river and see if any of the others are there.

I woke up and nudged jedd I had to ask him something important.While I was waiting for him to wake up I drank some water,and turned around and grazed upon the grass behind me.When I turned back he was still laying down so I was going to just tell him tomorrow when every is awake and moving.

" Yeah!" Grace exclaimed before Chloe could reply

Well lets go I said. Once we were where everyone else was, I then said," Well,Grace, here is everyone... Oh, and there is Jedd he is over there laying down... He is also nice." I walked up to Jedd and nudged him because he had dozed off is what it look like after that he opened his eyes wide and said, " I'm up, I'm up!!!"

I didn't know who yet but someone nudged me, I opened my eyes really wide and said, " I'm up, I'm up!!!'' and then I got up it was Chloe and she had a little foal with her. I said, " Hi, Chloe, and hello there young little foal, what is your name?"

" Hi I'm Grace!" Grace said confidently, Chloe had said that this horse was nice.

"Wow! Beautiful name, I'm guessing you are very graceful? You are a very pretty young foal and you and Chloe look like you are best friends haha."--Chloe speaking-- After Chloe had spoken I streched me neck and put my muzzle to hers she jerked back and made a squealing noise.She looked mad but I didn't know so I put my head back and I looked sad.. The ladies start to feel bad sooner or later. She walked closer and moved her muzzle to mine I didn't move for a little bit so she nibbled on my nostril it freaked me out because I forgot that she was there, I moved my head away and then moved it back. After a couple minutes she said," I just want to be friends." I wanted more than that and I just felt so dumb for falling for all of this stuff, I turned the opposite way and galloped into the forest. I was running and then I tripped, my foot was caught in barbed wire I didn't notice but there was a barbed wire fence and this part had been knocked down. I nickered because I was terrified. Chloe had arrived she asked me what was wrong I replied,'' My foot is caught in barbed wire and I can feel blood running down my hoof!'' I had stood like she told me to do it hurt a little but not that bad. After that she told me to back up I did that too. She then said I was free. So I just kept going the way I was until I was in a grassy meadow, I stood there and then I put my head down and ate some grass.

" I say we are best friends isn't that right Grace?All of a sudden Jedd put his muzzle to mine, I didn't expect it so I jerked back and squealed in surprise and looked at him. He looked at me with a very lone some sad face I moved closer to him I moved my muzzle back to his and left it there just to see his reaction... He didn't do anything so I nibbled on his nostril to see if he was still awake. He moved his head back and then brought it forward again. I felt bad thats the only reason I was doing all this I hadn't seen that other different colored horse or the paint stallion anywhere, I turned towards Jedd and said," I just want to be friends.'' After that he turned and ran into the forest after a couple minutes he was no where in sight. I felt something sting in my side and then I heard a nicker a familiar nicker, it was Jedd. I turned and said to Grace," Stay here no matter what happens I promise I will be right back.'' Then I turned the way Jedd had went and galloped in that direction hoping Grace would stay there and that Jedd was ok. I kept running until I heard loud breathing I came to a trot and then a walk, it was Jedd he was laying on the ground I walked up to him and said,'' What's wrong, Jedd?'' He said he was caught in barbed wire and I told him to try to stand, he did and he was able to. I looked at his foot there wasn't a lot of blood but there was some, it was on the front of his back leg and he didn't try to get out of it. So I stepped on a piece that didn't have anything on it and told him to back up, he did what I told him to do and then he was free. I said,'' There you go I have to get back to Grace now so, bye.'' I just stood there walked the other way and stopped to eat some grass.

Grace stood there, worried at the sight she had just seen, she cleared her mind as she thought how she as Chloe were best friends! Chloe wouldn't leave her! She walked around in a circle and nibbled on some grass, then she layed down and fell asleep in a bush, hidden.

I remembered Grace, I had left her alone at the river. Where everyone else was at but I knew she was shy. So I had turned towards the river and galloped back. Once I was there I didn't see Grace any where so I got worried. I walked around yelling Grace, I was hoping she was ok and not hurt.

I saw Chloe gallop off so I went after her. It looked like she was going back to the river and I started getting thristy anyway. So I just kept going when I got there she was yelling, Grace. I said,'' What's wrong,Chloe? ''

Jedd showed up he asked me what was wrong. I replied, '' I can't find Grace I told her to stay here, but now she's gone and I don't know if she's hurt or not.''

'' It's ok, Chloe.'' I said.
