Kestrel gave a small snort. "I suppose.." She murmurs, lowering her head slightly, thinking about Mireya, her friend that had passed away.

Brumby nuzzled her, giving her a lick on the cheek. "Don't be sad." He nickered.

Kestrel sighs softly, giving his chest a nuzzle before looking around the clearing for a moment. [When should Kestrel foal?]

Juliet opened her eyes, her fore-lock blowing in her face. She sighed gently and stopped hugging Shadow so tightly. "Oh, no, I meant...I meant when we start a proper herd...and when you're all...all better and ready...I could always wait until next Spring, it's just these dreams I've been having...they've all included a foal, Niakitia, and a few other mares," she responded softly, leaning against the stallion again, shutting her eye-lids tight once more, her leg now on the floor. It was healing slowly thanks to the medical leaf they found, and it didn't hurt as much - only when the strong wind blew. She felt foolish and stupid for talking about foals...and making up that lie - she was talking about a foal now, but whatever, Shadow was more important at the moment. She was still young and had a whole life to spend, hopefully with Shadow. "Hey, why don't we go...go for a little walk down to the stream? For a drink. I'm sure I can walk now, just not too fast."

Shadow slowly pulls away from her touch, taking a moment to inhale her sweet scent he loved so much. He eyed her for a moment before nodding, tossing his head. "That sounds... Pleasurable." He says. After all he had been through a lot today, a nice walk wouldn't be minded..
