Karma laid her head back in Williams lap, trusting him, snorting softly. 'Thanks for staying by me Corr.'

The vet examined her quietly, Karma's ankles were slightly numbed so she let the Vet touch them, feeling around carefully.

William gently stroked her neck and face, whispering to her apologies over and over. "I'm so sorry Karma, this is my fault. I never should have left"

Corr looked at Karma. 'I would never leave my mate'

KArma flicked her ears, staying quiet.

The vet carefully nodded to himself, "Her ankles are just a bit swollen, just use some medication to keep the imflammation down and something to numb her ankles if it's still that bad. Try to keep her off hard surfaces, maybe keep her out in the pasture til it's all better in a couple days." taking something out of the vet bag and putting it on her ankles. then got up and handed a small bottle of inflammation pills, just enough for a couple days, and then the bill.

William sighed as he got the bill but smiled. "Thanks" He said and paid for it (However they would pay for it at a ranch)

Corr snorted. 'How are you feeling?"

KArma looked up at Corr, 'A bit better.'

The vet nodded, "No problem. Just give her 1 pill a day, including today."

William nodded and walked with the vet back to the van and smiled before shaking his hand

Corr snorted. 'Good. You can only get better from here, right?'

KArma nodded, still laying down.

The vet smiled, shaking his hand back, "I wish you luck and i hope i wont be out again anytime soon."

William smiled. "Me neither" he waved to the vet before walking back into the stable and smiling at Karma.

Corr snorted and sniffed her neck. 'I'm glad'

Karma snorted softly, not even attempting to get up, planning to make William have to ask her.

William patted Karma gently and moved the ice away. "You should get up now Karma" He said gently
