"No, mom. I'm fine, seriously." Alexandra grumbled, her brown eyes staring out the window. The long, hilly roads seemed to lead to nowhere, but she knew where she was going. She was so excited to arrive at Conifer Equestrian Academy. Ever since Soot's death, she hadn't been riding very much, but she was still accepted into the one school people would die to go to! Being one of the youngest in her class, Alex was finishing up her senior year and then she would be officially an adult! She planned on doing tons and tons of riding. Honestly, Alex couldn't wait to see her horse. Would it be a mare or a stallion/gelding? Would it be tough to handle or easy going? Alex liked a good challenge. Sighing, the red headed girl turned to her mother. "I'm sorry. I love you." she told her as the car slid to a stop on the gravel driveway to the academy. Her mother nodded, returning the love with a hug and a peck on the forehead. "Have fun, sweetie. See you soon." she told Alex, who nodded and grinned as she opened the car door. She grabbed her suitcase and two large bags and waved to her mother, walking down the driveway to where she saw a few older people. "Hey!" she greeted, not sure what to do with her seemingly thousand pound luggage.

~Emma~
Emma saw the girl, She looked like she was struggling and walked over, "Here, let me help you" and took one of the bags, she lifted it and it felt like a ton of bricks, but she was strong and could manage, she had been going to the gym since she was 13. She had muscles on her arms, but she didn`t like the abs, that some sweaty women possessed. She smiled and walked over to Connor and set the bag down. "I'm Emma." she introduced herself to both of them and stuck out her hand for the girl to shake, as she had shaken Connor hand.

Connor Johnson

He smilied and saw the girl come towards them energetically, he smilied and waited for her to shake emma's hand then he leaned forward and smilied "connor" he said also holding his hand out to her, he looked back to the man who shuved him away a bit, he raised an eyebrow then walked rounf to get one of her bags like the other girl had because he didnt want to seem lazy or anything. Connor followed Mr. collins once he told them to staying near the new girl.


Mr. Collins

He smilied and stepped in front of the new girl and nudging both of the others out of the way a bit, shaking her hand fast and energetically, "Hello im Simon Collins, im the owner here." he smilied. He stepped back and let go of her hand looking at thoose three he nodded to himself "Right if you follow me please." he said and turned shouting a bit. He briskly walked up the path, the path norrowed as they passed many stable blocks and feilds till they came to a wider tarmack path. He stopped by a old metal gate and raised an arm pointed to a large stone building with a jack russel and red setter in the garden that came up to the gate. "This is your home. You may choose your room but no boys and girls i the sam room and also, watch out for the rottweiler chained up in the back, he wont bite he just is protective." he stepped back for them to go in.

Alexandra was happy to see the two students greet her happily, each taking one of her bags. "Thank you." she told them, grinning happily as she shook the hand of the one called Emma and then did the same with Connor. "You can call me Alex. Very nice to meet you." she told them both, smiling to reveal her nearly perfect white teeth. Years of dorky braces and mouth gear gave her straight white teeth. Alex pulled her black suitcase closer to her, a little surprised when the director, Mr. Collins, stepped forward in front of the students, shaking her hand quickly. "Nice to meet you, sir." she told him, grabbing her suitcase as he took off to a place she had yet to find out. She was pleased when she found that he led them to a house, giving her two new riding partners grins as she strode into a room on the right. Alex set her suitcase down, taking the heavy bags from Connor and Emma. "Thanks again. These bags have way too much junk in them." she told the two, smiling once more as she retreated into the room, leaving the door open. Her adventure at the academy started today.

~Emma~
Emma lifted the suitcase and followed the man, she walked in front of the others, she was excited and saw her new home, she went inside the gate and looked around the garden, there was a wooden table fro warm evening meals to eat outside, she smiled at the thought. She saw ivy and roses trailing up the brick wall and then she looked at the house, the house had a bit of ivy starting to trail up it, she looked at the girl and wondered if she would have her own room, until others arrived, she waited for others to comment on the house before she said anything, she went to the front door and walked inside the house, once she had turned the golden door knob on the navy blue door. She went inside and the hallway smelt of disinfectant and she set the luggauge down and she hung her coat on the coat stand that awaited her.

Connor Johnson

He smilied and nodded going through the gate and looking round the garden, he tried to ignor the rottweilerbehind the house barking and growling constantly, he saw others going in to the house and looked round, he went up the stairs and saw a long hall with bedrooms along it 2 on one side and three on the other, he went to the closest one but saw it was pink and a girls room, he ssearched and realised it was boys and girls on oppisite sides, he went ot the closest boys room and happily put his stuff down.


Mr. Collins

He whistled for his red setter trixie and the jack russel to come to him before shouting to the people "Ill wait for you to get settled, once most people ae here ill come and get you." he said as his head snapped to the rottweiler and olled his eyes then turned and walked back to the stables and th front, his irish setter sitting next to him loyaly while the young jack russell molly circled and ran round impateintly.

~Emma~
Emma smiled, "Well this is nice." she said, admiring the architecture in the buidling. Emma unpacked in her room and laid her clothes neatly on her bed before stashing them away. Once she had finished she met up with Connor and Alex. "Would you guys like a cup of tea or coffee, while you get unpacked?" she asked.

Alex listened as Mr. Collins called that he would come get them later. "Thank you, sir!" she called to him, hoping to get a little brownie points. Alex usually didn't suck up, but here it might be useful to make friends wherever possible. Sighing, Alex looked at the empty twin bed that was across the room. Would she share a room with someone? Who knew? Grinning to herself, Alex began to dig everything out of her bags and suitcase. Quickly, Alex put the sheets and covers that she had brought with her on the bed she claimed. Smoothing the covers out, she put a couple pillows on top and called it good. Next, she dug out all of her clothes and stuck them in the closet, pushing them far to the left to leave room in case she shared a room with someone. There wasn't much clothes she had, anyway. Finally, Alex out up the rest of her things, such as the show jumping clock she had, which showed a horse jumping over the poles. The time was nestled neatly between the red and white poles. Now it seemed like home. Alex laid out her laundry basket, closing the door and stripping down so she could change from her comfy clothes to her riding clothes. Today, it was just a pair of jeans and a loose white t-shirt. Later on, it would be something neater. But for now, this would do. The young girl opened her door again and sat on her bed, twiddling with her thumbs. Hearing Emma move around, Alex stood up and met up with them, pulling her red hair into a messy ponytail. "A cup of tea sounds awesome. Thanks!" she told Emma, smiling as she let her hands drop to her side.

Connor Johnson

He put his suitcase on his bed and then swung his shoukder bag nea the top ned of the bed, he unzipped it and took out his slightly ruffled up clothes and looked to see a place to put them. There where chester draws next to a wardrobe in between his bed and the other which he had choosen the one next to the window over-looking the small garden and the back of the stables. He sighed and heard emma shout up to them, he walked to the door leaning on it "Yeah if thats alright." h said looking across the hall but left a bit to see Alexandra unpacking, he smilied and walked to her open door "What kind of rider are you?" he said leaning on the door frame.

~Emma~
Emma walked into the kitchen, it was very modern, with a beech work surface and white boards for the cupboards, she opened each one until she found cups and then took them out and placed them on the side and put tea bags in each one, she switched on the kettle and boiled it and then poured the steaming water into the mugs, she strained the tea bags and put them in the bin, which she found and then added milk from the tall cream fridge. She went to the black wood banner, which was carved with horses in it and shouted up the stairs. "Tea's ready!" She went back to the kitchen, waiting for a reply of foot steps and she took a sip from her own tea. (Good night, got to go to bed.)
