Connor Johnson

He drove down the gravely lane a a slight uphill in his dark green jeep with mud splaters and a dent in the left rear from an accident where a ram sa his reflection in it and thought it was another ram. He looked around for parking and spun into a space next to a four-by-four and a small ford. He looked around also checking his was in the right spot. There was many horses as it did ay that this was a breeding center as well with livery, Connor walked down the sandstone path looked to his right where he could see a bunch of freash yearlings in a large space tht had been turned into a stall.
He stopped and drew the letter from his pocket and he directions that came with it, looking closly to see if it said where to meet anyone but it didnt so he decided to carry on walking. Connor saw a sand arena and a horse being lunged in it, he watched for a ew secounds then turned to face the car park.

~Emma~
Emma woke up and got out of bed, she walked down stairs, in her small flat and looked to to the floor near the front door and found a letter ont he front door step, she walked over gingerly and bent down to pick it up, the material russeled in her hand, she read the front and saw it was addressed to her, she turned it over and opened it, with her nail. She took out the paper inside and read.

'Conifer Equestrian Academy.

Dear Miss Lockheart,

Thank you for your application, you have been accepted into the Academy.

She read the rest wide eyed, she had been chosen. She cluched the paper to her chest, ran up stairs, took a shower, put on her cream jods and a navy polo shirt and her brown boots and walked down stairs, ate some toast and got her car-keys and grabbed her riding jacket and went out the door and locked it behind her and she had her helmet, whip and body-protector in the car ready. She got into the car and reversed out the drive, she followed the instructions and came off the dual-carriage way and down a road and another road, she started to see horses and a group of yearlings in a nearby field as she approached the car park, she saw a man facing her, holding a piece of paper. She smiled and parked her car, got out and locked it and walked over to him. "Hello" she said softly.

He watched the feild but he suddenly hard another car driving along the gravel and parking a few spaces up from him, he watched her come over and smilied staying still until he got a few meters near him where he took a couple of steps to her, he smilied and nodded wondering if this was the owner "Hi, im connor." he smilied and held out his hand fo her to shake. "Are you the owner?" he said slowl uncertain if he came across to up in your face. Connr was fairly self-consious and worried about everything he says and does and can over-react when he convinces himself that he might have been rude or e.c.t.

Emma smiled and shook his hand, slightly firm. "Me, god no, I'm only nineteen, but I would love to own a place like this" she paused. "I see that letter in your hand, were you accepted aswell?" she asked curiously. She runs her hands through her slightly damp blondish hair with her pink, natural coloured nails. She puts her keys in her pocket of her jacket.

He was a bit embarressed but tryed ot to show it, looking down at his letter he raised it to his face "Oh yeah" he looked back to her and saw a letter in her hand aswell"Im guessing you where to." he said a bit awkwardly looking at her. He looked behind him to see a man behind him walking over to them both. The man was in his late fifties and was big but not fat just had a bit of a beer gut, he wore muddy brown riding boots and loose jean with a twead jacket and cap. Conner turned then walked back beside Emma watching him and listeing.


Owner

The man strongly walked to them a bit rushed, he smilied and lifted his hands to them both "Why hello, you must be the new students." He said holding out his hand to the gril shking her hand tightly and fast then the same to the boy, "Im simon colins, im the owner of the stables and he one that sent you the letters, i was just preparing the horses for all of you." he said looking at the stable block as the horses were round the otherside. He turned back to them and looked at his watch "You two ae a bit early? But dont worry i like that."

Personality: Alexandra is surely a strange one, but definitely a good girl at that. There's a reason she got into the program, and that reason is because she's talented. When it comes to horses, Alex is patient and calm, but still strong enough to get the horse to succeed and do what she needed to do. Also, Lex is stubborn, so she doesn't let things get her down or stop her from succeeding at what she wants. When she falls off a horse, so to speak, she gets right back on and shows the horse who's boss. As young as she is, Alex has won many competitions with her now deceased horse, Soot. Alex can also be a sweetie, too. It may be hard to get her to warm up to you, as she is always stuck in her ways and isn't very open to friends when she has horses to focus on, but once she is on your side, she's a good friend. Lexa doesn't lie and is very trustworthy to her friends, but little white lies may be found when talking to other people. Alex is very protective of her friends and horses and won't let anything happen to them. She is also very smart, though she is currently being homeschooled because of the fact that she has to go to this academy. She will definitely go far.
History: Alexandra was born in a small town in Missouri. She rode horses before she could walk, being born into a quarter horse farm. Her horse until she was about six years old was a sweet mare named Cotton Candy, who Alex learned to ride on and even competed in a few western competitions with. At six years, Candy was barrel racing and fell after turning to tight. She broke a bone in her leg and wasn't able to compete again. So, Alex's father bought her a high quality arabian for her english riding. Lex fell in love with her black stallion, who she named Soot, and she began show jumping as well as three day eventing after a while. The horse was magnifacent and Alex learned a lot. However, he recently passed away, and Lex was sent to the academy to learn the rest she needs to know.

Riding Disipline: Show jumping, though she is decent at nearly all english and western events
Horse preferred: Philipiano or any professional show jumping horse

Emma smiled, and shook his hand and let the man finish. "It's a pleasure to be here and a pleasure to meet you sir." Emma smiled at Connor, a little colour showed through his cheeks. "Horses? We are riding this soon? Are you going to do a theory before praticial?" she bombarded the man with questions, she buttoned it, feeling her own cheeks go red. "I'm sorry" she said quietly and looked down at her boots, which were a little dirty from the walk from the car and the marks she had made when talking to Connor, she smiled again and looked up for the man's response.

He smilied "Lovely to meet you, but uhh we need to wait till we have a few more people with us, then ill let you settle down and then Ill show you the horses." he said cheerfully at them both glancing up occasionally to see is anyone else was coming. He suddenly turned as he heard a horse whinning repeatedly and rolled his eyes as he it was probably MaxiMotion as she had also just come out of heat.
