"Just get up!" Balto yelled at her. "You always quit and im not going to stay here if you are ganna be like THIS!" he turned and started to walk away.

"walk away." Maria whispered. She felt tears come to her eyes. Even she didn't want to die, she couldn't help against her heart. She opened her eyes weakly and said in a strong voice "There's nothing I can do now." she whimpered.

Balto rolled his eyes. He wasnt usually a mean dog but this was just ridiculous. He walked around in the trees then wondered what happened to Timber. He hadnt come back with them. He looked around and sniffed the air but he wasnt anywhere nearby.

Maria laid there, still bleeding. She looked up at the sky, looking at teh colours then she put her head down and whined."I'm sorry Timber." she said softly and closed her eyes.

Timber looked around at the wolves. They were all just looking at him. One wolf stepped forward and asked "Why didnt you attack and why arnt you leaving?" Timber looked at the male wolf and said "Well, Im almost all wolf and I dont want to fight my own kind. Only if you guys tell me to," the wolfs started to whisper and Timber looked at the big male wolf that tried to kill Balto and Maria and asked "Can Ijoin you?"

Maria had laid there unconscious.

Kailey was walking in the woods till she came across a pup, maria and brought her back to her den. There she would care for her till she got better.

Balto came back to his swished ball. He dug a hole and buried it now having to find another dog ball to play with.

Kailey sat near the den, looking at the lake before her. She watched it, peacefully. Maria was asleep inside.

Balts sniffed the air with nothing to do. Hs eyes went to the sky and he started to walk around.
