Arrow fidgted in his sleep, whimpering, his legs twitching.
With a startled yap he woke up and was upon his feet in a matter of moments. He forced himself into the right far corner of the cage, his dark brown eyes --so usually dulled-- were dialated in fright. After several minutes and a lot of shallow breathing Arrow's eyes slowly seemed to pick up on where he was. Panting he dropped back onto his haunches, head bowed.

Arrow jumped hearing somone push against one of the dog doors that led to the field.
Had he not been so jumpy at the current moment he may have gone out to investage but now after yet another dreary nightmare he had no intention of doing so.
He stood bak up and began nervously pacing in circles. To anyone who didn't know him he might have looked like he was chasing his tail but this wasn't the case.
He sat back down, breathing shallow even though he was taking deep breaths he closed him melted-dark-brown-chocolate-eyes.

"I'm like a little Diablo or that's what the humans say, and what they says pretty pathetic. I'm actually very intellectual for a small dog not as brainless as some chihuahua's I once knew. With me I can be really skittish, shy on one day, and act like a lunatic the next. My mood completely depends if I'm getting attention, or not because sometimes when I get attention I'm a softy a fluff ball that just needs a home. Other times I try to nip hands playfully and that doesn't go over with little kids very well, and the last reaction I could possible have is my maniac state where I bark, bite, nip heels. It's not pretty to humans believe me, and well I can describe my personality some other time."

Heron is a weird, flirty ferret that isn't afraid of any animal exept an owl and eagle. Heron is a funny, play-around guy who loves to play with the ferret toys and look cute to adopters, sadly, half of the time, the humans give him an ugly look. But it doesn't hurt his feelings, he doesn't think they're to attractive either.

Azra is a sweet and understanding husky that loves to have fun. She was beaten and used inproperly in alaska then moved to stay in arizona in the dieing heat. Then, was moved again, to here. Azra has a fear of humans and goes to the back of the cage when they check her cage out, but when they're not there, she is very humorous and wishees for puppies, though.

Arrow is different from his twin -- Brad -- in many ways.
Unlike his brother who trusts some humans Arrow fears all. He cowers and hide in the corner any time any humans passes.
He’s skittish and nervous, even when he knows you well.
From months above abuse from past owners he’s well not very confident.
If he has to talk about himself he well, takes a while to get it all out.

Cleo is a cheerful young kitten who has known no life outside of the shelter. Her mother died shortly after she was born leaving her and her big brother alone in the big bad world.
While she comes off as rather blunt -- and yes, she is -- she can be sensitive at times. She’s rather simple but sweet and that makes up for it. She’s rather slow at times.
