Wanting to comfort Broken, she decided against it. She sort of just stood behind him, anting to help, but not knowing how. After a while passed, she asked,"Broken?" She looked at the fae nuzzling him, and plainly growled. "Leave him be for a second." She was getting tired of faes hanging on him. Not that she herself didn't want to, but he must have been getting overwhelmed.

September, still somewhat disappointed from Broken's rejection to her offer to go to the dance with her, trotted slowly to the healers' den and picked up some bramble twigs to help her sleep. She remember the first time she had to chew bramble twigs to help her get to sleep. She had been a stubborn pup and she had thrown a tantrum because she didn't get the first bite off of the freshly killed fox. Her mother had made her chew the twigs because she refused to go to sleep on her own.

After she had finished chewing the bramble twigs and swallowed them, September walked to a nearby pine and curled up, digging her nose into her tail. She closed her eyes and quickly, obviously because of the bramble twigs, found herself asleep. As she slept, her ear twitched uncomfortably.

The fae found herself fall into a frightening nightmare and she stated quietly whimpering and kicking her hind leg that she wasn't laying on. Then she rolled around on the ground in fear. soon, the nightmare faded and she stopped squirming and slept peacefully.
