Bella whistled, "Cocoa you up for some steak boy? You and these to dogs can have some." She put three plates of steak down. "Hmmm. What should I name ya'll?" Bella asked herself.

Sam lowered his speed to a casual lope as his distance grew greater away from the pound. His tongue rolled out of his mouth as he began to pant lightly. A loud crack of thunder made the young stray jump. He hurried into a dark alley, as if attempting to get away from the noise. The brute shook his head and crawled out of the alley-way, forcing himself to become brave. Sam's body stature was low to the ground as he skulked down the hard concrete. A light drizzle of rain began to coat him, and the sidewalks. The stray quickly looked upward at the clouds, seeing them grow darker. It wouldn't be long before it would be a full-out down pour. His pace quickened to a speedy trot as he tried to find decent shelter. The city buildings and noisy roads began to fade in the distance behind him as Sam began to enter the residential parts of town. The rain started to fall down heavier. The young brute looked quickly around for somewhere to hide in, as the rain was coming down hard and stinging as it hit him. Sam made his way over to a car and hurriedly crawled under it. The German Shepherd watched the rain hit the concrete and asphalt from the safety of the car.

Kylie was still a bit skittish about being trapped inside of this humans house, no matter how warm and cozy and.. Delicious smelling it was in here. She licked her muzzle at the smell of the sizzling steak and watched as she set three plates down on the ground. Crouching close to the ground she crawled up to one cautiously. Getting just inches away from it she quickly jumped back up and trotted toward it, sniffing it carefully before taking a nibble, then a bite at it. She gulped it down in a matter of minutes, licking the remnants of it from her muzzle. She sighed, her eyes drooping tiredly and looked around for a cozy place to lie down, deciding on a corner of the room. She curled up and for the first time in ages groomed the tangles of fur from her pelt. With a yawn, she closed her eyes, Falling asleep to the lull of the pattering rain.

Allie was so excited to have a family again. More slowly than Kylie she gobbled up the steak, since she had already eaten the half a sub earlier. Licking her maw she turned to see Kyrie curled up in the corner and smiled trotting over and laying next to her. She yawned but wasnt as exhausted as Kylie was and stayed awake for a while.

Hikari:"Rain." she whispered seeing it patter lightly against the cracked window. She looked around the empty room and went slipped out of the small opening in the back of the house, sliding down a long box and into a metal vent that was torn down years ago until she reached the ground. The rain splattered against her muzzle and fell down her face like tears.

Bella looked out the window as she sat on the couch.

Cocoa yawned the crawled in in his dogbed.

Hikari: She drenched her coat in rain and soaked her fur to the bone until she came back in. Her mood was light and happy.

The rain drops pitter pattered on the roof sending Bella to a light sleep.

Kylie woke up to a clash of lightning and thunder. After that the rain slickened and the rumblings grew smaller. The rain still came down, she could tell from the window, and the gloom sort of matched her mood. She was so confused. For a moment she lay straight with her muzzle on her paws, watching the human intently. Allie had fallen asleep already and Kylie was left to dwell in her thoughts. None of this was really this humans fault, she realized. She shouldnt be blaming every human she had seen for what happened to her.. The human was kind and gentle, and so Kylie decided she would drop her grey, gloomy mood and just go along with this different life for a while and see what its like. So far, it was quiet comfortable being inside the house with a full belly instead of outside, soaking wet, and starving.

~ Sky pricked her ear's. She felt cold and damp, from her rubbish night sleep before. She pricked her ears walking on the soft grass, witch was lush and full of dew. She sniffed, looking around, She huffed to herself and awkwardly did some kind of trot, down to this pond. She craned out her neck lapping at the cool water, what run down her neck. So...Thirsty.... She thought. She flicked her tail from side to side, letting out some kind of chuffle. Sky backed up trotting up the in-bank-ment, the sun hit her chest, she let out a smile. She reclined to sit, panting lightly. Letting her pink tong sag over her canines.~

Cocoa perked his ears hearing the thunder but settled back in his bed.
