Hikari: She cut through a wide alleyway and narrowly escaped the watchdogs of the junkyard nearby.

Sorry! I havent been on all day, Instead ive been starting and finishing a project thats due tommorrow x.x)

.:Kylie│Female│Husky mix│Pound:.

Kylie paced around on the cold concrete floor of her cage, pressing herself against the metal bars of the cage whenever a human walked by or looked her way in an eager atempt to free herself from this awful place. Her tail wagged as she saw a young human girl look straight at her and walk toward her cage. Letting out small whines she licked at the human through the bars and then jumped down and sat watching her patiently, though her tail said otherwise as it wagged behind her like a ceiling fan. Her attention turned to a stray fae walking down through the rows of cages, looking at the dogs. She turned to a cage holding a german shepherd dog and opened it. Kylie perked her ears curiously and whined, putting both paws up on the bars of the cage. When the fae turned to her cage she lept back down and tilted her head in the slightest. The door of her cage opened and she stood there looking from the kind human to the stray. It might have been a different choice if she was her younger self, but she lept out of the cage and ran for the door, stopping to look back at the female human and bark a thank you to the stray. Eager to escape from the place, she stealthily snuck through the door and made a sprint for the bigger doors as a human was walking through. She slipped between his legs and out into the open air, Letting the human to ponder what had just happened.

.:Allie│Female│Duck Tolling Dog│Stray:.

Allie let out a frustrated, loud whine as she tipped over a trashcan to view the discarded remains of human foods and odd appliances. She crinkled her nose in disgust and looked around the alley. Taking another quick glance at the junk, she turned and followed her nose out onto the street towards the smell of... Well, It was something delicous, she was sure of that! There was a small shop at the corner that was emitting the delicant smells, and she trotted toward it, opening her maw to drink in the perfume of the food. She sat for a moment to observe the situation, and watched as people streamed out of the shop with the food. She started begging for food at first, but soon retreated to silently waiting for an unsuspecting human and grabbing the meal from their hands. She only got half of the sandwich but Ohh was it delicous! Mouth watering and tail wagging, she raced off down the street with it in her maw.

Pet or Stray: Stray

Where: Leaving the Pound

Sam's eyes flickered over to the two females as they made a run for it. After a few quick moments of thinking, he made a dash for the door as well. The young brute licked the caring human's hand in an apology as he ran past her. His speed increased as he watched the door starting to close behind the husky. Thankfully the human was too dumbfounded on what to do, that he didn't even realize Sam escaping. That is until Sam slipped past him. The large human tried to make a grab for him, but missed. The German Shepherd let out a bark of joy as his paws touched the dirt and gravel. He hadn't been out of the wretched pound in ages. As the fresh and open air filled his lungs and nose, Sam let out an extra burst of speed, wanting to get even further away. Further away to freedom. His deep brown eyes looked wildly around, attempting to make out where he was and where he should go. He had been locked up in the pound for so long that he had totally lost his sense of way in the city. The junkyard and the deli were two places that he used to frequent in his youth years. But to get to them from the pound, and by memory, was nearly impossible at this moment. The German Shepherd brute skidded abruptly to a stop, almost running into the road blindly. His thoughts were so focused on where to go, that he wasn't nearly paying attention to where he was headed.

"Well there goes him. He looked like my old german shepard who died," Bella sighed. She grabbed Cocoa's leash then walked out of the pound with a sigh.

.:Kylie│Female│Husky mix│Pound:.

She stopped at the street, a bit unsure about crossing it with all the cars, and instead turned down the sidewalk and ran. It didnt matter to her which path she took, as long as it led far away from that awful place.

.:Allie│Female│Duck Tolling Dog│Stray:.

A loud yell behind her told her that the human was still after her, but she could lose him quick enough. She let out a burst of speed, quickly getting far ahead of him, and then lost him in a dark alley. For a momen she hid behind some old boxes, but after about 20 minutes she came back out into the open and lay down on the concrete ground with the sandwich still in her mouth. She gulped it down and swiped her maw clean with her tongue. She hated stealing from humans but couldnt help it. Allie sighed and trotted to the edge of the alley to lay in a patch of warm sunlight.

Hikari: She gathered under a cardboard box in an abandoned building. It was her home so why would she leave?

Where: Lost/trying to
find the junkyard

Sam watched as all the cars zipped by fast on the street. He wanted to cross, but he didn't when or how to do it without getting hit by a car. The German Shepherd spotted a small break within the cars, it looked to by his only option for quite a bit. The figure of a average dog found itself skittering across the busy street. Car horns blared and honked, some screeching and skidding to a stop to avoid hitting the stray. The dog's ears flattened against his head and its body was low to the ground as he quickly moved onto the sidewalk of the opposite side. The young brute let out a relieved sigh as his paws touched the safety of the concrete sidewalk. Without a second of slowing down, the stray continued on, attempting to remember where the junkyard had been. From landmarks that he had recognized, the junkyard wasn't too far from the pound. But it was still a ways away. His jet black nose helped him greatly, its sensitive sense of smell could smell the rotting food and rusting metals from here. Sam simply followed his nose as he zipped down the sidewalk, dodging in and out of people's legs to avoid running into them.
