Benson roamed the sidewalk of the street, walking fast and eager to get food, he let out a little whine of frustration, people would scare him and shout, or try to talk sweet to him, he followed up to a hot dog stand and looked up at the guy making the fresh meat of the hotdogs, he wagged his tail stub and the kind man dropped half a hotdog.

Sam watched as the husky in the kennel across from him was being looked at. He was happy for the fae, she had been in the pound as long as he had, if not longer. He knew that it would have only been a few more days or a week at most before they would be taken into the vet's office to never be seen again. His time was running out. The young stray knew he had to step up his game now, or else he would never make it out. 'The next human.' He thought. He didn't want to take this opportunity away from the husky fae. The next human that passed he would try to look extra cute. Even more friendly. The brute didn't know how he would do it, but he would try his hardest.
