Hikari: She sniffed a dump for some scraps to eat and if she got lucky half of a cheeseburger. She licked her jaws when she caught to scent of a dead animal. She feasted on the remains and left.

Bella whistled from her window.

Cocoa barked then ran inside the house.

Name: Sam
Gender: Male
Pet or Stray: Stray
With: No one particular
Where: The Pound

The figure of a young stray picked itself up from the dusty and chilling concrete floor and padded quietly over to the chain link fence that prevented him from exiting his kennel. His tail slowly wagged back and forth as he staggered up onto his hind legs, pressing his front paws against the fence to keep himself up. The young brute would let his tongue loll out his mouth as he smiled that doggy smile. A small and quiet whine would escape his maw. This was the routine that Sam would do whenever a human would pass by. He desperately wanted out of this pound. The young stray wanted to run and be free, away from the never-ending noise of the many dogs barking and whining. His ears were often pinned back, a usual failed attempt to block the loud noise from entering his head. The routine was the same for almost every human. They would stop and look at him, but then decide to move on. Everybody wanted a puppy. Not a full grown dog that would be a lot of work and be hard to control. The stray brute would then settle back down on all-fours before laying down, mere inches from the gate. His chocolate brown eyes would follow other dogs as they passed by, finally getting free from this wretched place. Well, that only happened 35% of the time. The other 65% of the time, his eyes would be following a dog that would leave its cage for the final time. The dog would be struggling as they were being pulled by a noose. Those would be their final actions before they were brought into the vet's office and given the shot of death. The shot of death, as Sam called it, was the thing no dog ever wanted to get.

"...It's just what's come to be known as 'The Micheal Scofield Stare'. Or some of the fans referred to it as 'The Blue Steel' [laughs], which is um, something that came about simply because I have very sensitive eyes so uh, standing all day in the prison yard squinting into the sun naturally looked like I was always concentrating on what I was looking at."

Madison and Brianne

Brianne walked down the pound aisle, looking at the dogs. "Poor things." she said softly. She squatted down, and petted one of them, it licking her hand. Madison, her westie, stood beside her, stiffing another one.

Bella kissed Cocoa's head then ran out the house and down to the pound. She walked in and looked at the papers. "Hmmm. Oh that's right I was going to look for a husky! I love them," smiled Bella. She walked towards the huskys and saw Kyrie. "Aww you're so cute!" she smiled.

Hikari: She was a pet to a person one time. To be honest she liked it there to but no happy ending ever lasts forever.

Melody walked down the streets sighing, "I'll never find a new home since my owner left me. Why did he throw me into a river?"
