She thought about going for a trail ride, she wanted to go bare back, she thought. She grabbed her western reins and held the bit out to him.

Bullet took the bit without any hesitation he stood still

She brought him to a rock and swung herself up She separated the reins and let her legs dangle as she nudged him to a trail she found a little earlier.
