"I don't understand? Of course I do. I understand you're a leader who isn't leading a team that was already weak. And now it's falling apart because you aren't there. Sure the things you did before picks up some of the peaces but until there is a leader it will be mayhem and if you are not fit to be the leader we'll find a new one." Sapphira retorted at the fae. "You tell me you care but you aren't showing it. All you're showing me is that you don't care enough to go in there and lead when the team needs you." She added.

Upon hearing Breeze's order Sapphira sighed and trotted out towards where she had seen Kale. As she approached him she wagged her tail, trying to seem happy despite her anger. "Kale, Breeze wants you." Sapphira said simply before padding back towards Breeze and Sierra.

Kale nodded his head as the red-furred fae spoke. "For what?" He asked. The brute didn't expect an answer, nor did he get one. Kale walked slowly over to Breeze, examining her closely. Guilt hit him in the chest like a bullet. This is my fault... He thought to himself as he approached the leader. Kale lowered his head respectfully and spoke in a near silent voice. "Breeze, are you alright?"

She got up and padded over to the brute. "Are you finally friends with Sierra.... Please say yes.. or at least not enemies..." she said weakly, having her bad leg. Her eyes were filled with regret and unhappiness. They also glowed with love of the team, she was just weak phyically and mentally at the moment.

Kale nodded his head softly. "We talked it out, I think things are better now." He lacked confidence when he said that, he still worried deep down that him becoming friends with Sierra would backlash but held that back. There was no point in worrying about it until it actually happens. Anyways she was truthfully sorry so Kale had no reason to hold onto this any more, and not having to old onto it would be releasing him of the stress. He raised his head a bit, now sounding more confident. "I truly think it will be better from now on." The large brute added before being distracted for a moment by a bird call in the distance. Then Kale returned his attention back to Breeze, smiling in embarrassment as he did.

Sierra

Sierra watched from the bushes, and hearing Kale's words touched her heart. She smiled and pulled out of the bushes, walking away so that she was still unseen by the others. She sighed as she dropped to the snow, her blue eyes looking at her paws. About 2 feet away was a dead rabbit. It lay dead, uneaten. She walked over to it, but she was not hungry, yet as she took a bite she had no clue how hungry she really was.

Sierra then stood up after finishing her meal. Her stomach was satisfied and she stared at a strange patch of snow. It wasn't... smooth. This was an untouched part of the forest, only there were strange foot prints. She sniffed the area, then ignored it. She stepped on it and the bear trap slammed onto her paw, the metal blades cutting deeper and deeper until they reached bone. She cried out in pain as she laid in the snow, bleeding. She made as much noise as she could.

Upon hearing the slam of the bear trap an the yelp from Sierra Sapphira sprang to her paws and raced towards where she had heard Sierra. As she reached the fae the red-furred husky locked her jaws around the bear trap in an attempt to release it. Discouraged when that failed Sapphira looked up at Sierra. "Sierra, are you alright?" She asked.

Sierra looked up at Sapphira. "Yeah, it just..." she paused, taking a deep breath. "really hurts," she said, taking deep breaths to calm her. "It's.. nothing big," she said, but as she looked at it, she could see nothing but silver, white and blood. A shiver crept down her spine and she closed her eyes fretting to see that sight ever again, yet as she opened her eyes she noticed that once again, from her ankle to her paw, it was a bloody mess and so was the snow around her leg.

Sapphira dug her teeth back into the metal and began tugging on it furiously. When it didn't give way she decided to try something else. She bit down into Sierra's paw and began tugging on that although she feared that would end up with Sierra loosing her paw. After many minuets of trying that and still no dice the red furred fae looked at Sierra. "I have an idea." Sapphira stated and grabbed the metal once more. "When I pull this I need you to pull your paw. Then the force will bring your paw out of the trap, although it might hurt quite a bit." She explained.

Sierra

Sierra bit her lip. She gave a stiff nod and slowly made the 3 of her limbs that weren't stuck in a trap hold her up right, and then in a steady pull. She tried pulling out her ankle several times. (WB)

Sapphira started with pulling softly, then harder and harder. Her tongue grew bloodied as she did due to having to hold the sharp trap in her mouth but she didn't stop. After a few minuets it got nowhere and became impatient. She released the trap for a second then grabbed it once more. The red-furred husky yanked at the trap, pulling it as hard as she could. Sapphira heard a snap as the trap released from Sierra's leg. The fae dropped the trap, seeing now it was ready to snap at whatever else would stumble upon it. "C'mon, we need to get you medical attention." Sapphira told Sierra.

Sierra nodded. She dragged her leg in the soft snow. This would clean her leg and the water in the snow would both burn, yet clean the cut of all bacteria so it wouldn't cause an infection. Her right leg leaned towards the middle to balance her out as she limped towards the destination where he owner was. Well, that was when the truth hit her. She had no idea where the owner was. Her blue eyes scanned the snow for any tracks, but it had recently snowed.
