The lions claws swiped across her face. When she turned back, her face had three red streaks across it, and fear was in her eyes. She backed up, a tear sliding down her cheek.

He huffed, shocked at himself, and said, "I'm so sorry, I lost control!"

Another tear slid down her cheek as she backed up even more.

Akira took another step back, blood starting to drip. The male took a step closer and she hissed feabily.

Marabel came out from the side of the grass. She saw Akira, then said, "Oh, you poor thing, please, let me have a look at you." Then she turned and Sarin. "You mouse brained stupid hyena heart! How dare you hurt her, she did nothing to you! Look at her, she scared to death!!!" she roared. She hit him on the head, her gaze hard on Sarin. Her gaze softened alot as she looked back at Akira. She started to pad over.

Akira jumped as the fae appeared. She may have been scared seconds ago, but it was like nothing had happened when she turned and snarled at the fae, still keeping an eye on the lion.

Marabel sniffed the the liger, and said "Please dear, I'm not here to hurt you, just here to help. In fact, I would like to ask you something. Would you like to join the pride?" she asked. Hope glimmered in Sarins eyes.

Hunney padded through the long grass, her golden spotted pelt shimering brightly. She was hungry, and the scratches on her back leg hurt bad. If she didn't find food soon, her and her cubs would die.
