Shayarrana

The large fae slowly rose to her paws, and streached again until the muscles in her shoulders again cracked. She opened her jaws and yawned, a hight whine escaping and her tounge loling out of her mouth. She slowly padded over to the alpha, shaking each of her paws and streaching out her back legs. Ideally, she would prefer to be out at night, when the darkness concealed her from her prey and victims. Her eyes glaring at the sky because of the brightness, she made her way over to the other fighters.
Her ears perked up and alert, Kayanna's words flowed through her mind. She thought of her weaknesses, reluctant to share them, and also strangley reluctant to reveal her strengths. She was in no way a perfect fighter and was arrogant and cocky, a sudden unexpected move was usually what earned her her scars, or 'battle trophies', as her old pack reffered to them as. She didnt trust her new pack yet, the reason she did not want to reveal too much. But she knew she would have to, but not all of them.
While this internal monologue was going on, her eyes revealed nothing but the depth of their colour.

Kayanne

A she-wolf after my own heart... Kayanne thought, glancing into the glassy, almost unseeing depths of Shayarrana's eyes. Maybe not revealing her emotions was a priority for this fae, also. Still- it was not Kayanne's buisness- the fae had long learned not to wonder about an individual when she had a pack to run. Casting her gaze around the group of fighters, Kayanne murmured to them- her grey eyes like flints. Her scar laced muzzle twitched as Kayanne breathed in the scent of the camp, trying to lock it away in her mind. The she-wolf most certainly did not have photographic memory, so scents were key to her calling past experiences back up to the front of her thoughts.
The she-wolf thought her speech had been quite motivating, but from the lack of input from her fighters Kayanne considered the option that maybe her dominant rank had been getting to her head. Closing her stoney eyes, the fae re-opened them and spoke once more, her voice suggestive but in no way pushy or domeniering. Still, behind the convincingly thoughtful grey optics a flurry of questions where attacking Kayanne: Is this idea stupid? Since when did fighters work on "routines?" WHY ARE WE MOVING IN THE FIRST PLACE?!!!"
Still, Kayanne always had to be one hundred percent convinced that the path she was leading the pack down was the correct choice. And so, pushing the negative voices from her brain she concentrated on pointing more useful things out to herself. It's true- we are stronger together. And moving the pack's your only option.
"Right, lets start with what we'd do if another pack attacks." Kayanne decided. "If we stumbled across a loner and his mate that the consequences we'll face if we're not prepared will be in no way as severe as they would be if it was a pack we didn't know how to battle." The young Alpha decided, before carrying on. "So, we'll start by forming a defensive ring about the pack."

Accalia's bushy tail flicked behind he as she padded over to where Kayanne now stood. She took her place next to her with a respectful dip of her head and listened as she spoke. She had weaknesses, she knew that. But like any wolf, Ace didn't want to jump up and tell everyone about them. "If I may, Kayanne. I'm pretty sure most wolves aren't going to open up right away and tell everyone their weaknesses. Especially if it could mean the difference in a fight if any of these wolves one day choose to battle for a rank.." She flicked an ear somewhat awkwardly at the implication. Ace herself wasn't one to fight for the sole purpose of rank but rather to protect her family. She did know that others wolves did though.. "What I'm trying to say is, instead of jumping in to strategy without knowing our wolves capabilities, maybe we could pair up some of the wolves to have little sessions between themselves to try and determine the others strengths and weaknesses." She smiled lightly. "Just an option of course."

Kayanne

The fae grimaced. Her head was all over the place today- she felt as though she knew most of the wolves in the pack quite well but it had only just occured to her that the others maybe didn't feel so at ease with eachother. "Any excellent idea, Accalia. Would you guys like to choose your partners? My mind's all over the place this morning, so go with the wolves you feel most comfortable with." The she-wolf tended not to admit her mental state, but she hoped the others wolves knew her well enough not to take advantage of this.

Shayarrana

She smilled to herself, for once she was mildly pleased. It was an unusual feeling, the only time she was normally happy in battle. She fluffed out her chest, and ran her pink tounge absent mindedly down her shoulder, trying to make a clump of fur sticking out at an odd angle lie flat. when that failed, she nibbled delicately at the clump before letting out an annoyed wuff of air and, frustraited, left it. She glansed around, not trusting herself with a partner, knowing that no one would really want to be with her, she hadnt attepted to make any friends, or hide her cold personality. She tried to care but was struggling to find any emotion at that moment. Her fur prickled and itched for a fight

Kayanne

The she-wolf gave Shayarrana a thin smile. "Shayarrana, I'll go with you."
Kayanne was interested in the fae's fighting skills, for the other she-wolf seemed like a wolf who'd show no mercy, and battle to the bitter end. However, the fighter probably excercised her mind whilst fighting- not simply relying on her muscles and instincts to guide her limbs and jaws to victory. The she-wolf signalled to the cold, reserved fae to follow her- trotting off to a corner of the camp. Kayanne was grateful for the mock fight that was about to occur- she'd made a social mess of herself and she was looking forward to venting her frustrations in battle. Still, she'd have to be careful she didn't run away with herself and inflict serious injuries on Shayarrana...and possibly herself.

ø Malachite ø

Malachite's pale eyes narrowed as Kayanne had suggested that each wolf spoke about their weaknesses and strengths. They weren't narrowed in aggression or annoyance, but he was just simply wary. The brute knew that he had some weaknesses, but he wasn't eager to share them with the others either. The brute didn't want the wolves to know his weaknesses if perhaps he were ever to get into a fight with them, although he was pretty sure that the percentage of that happening was low. The young brute looked over at Accalia as she suggested they be paired up with another wolf and have sessions. He nodded in gratitude to she-wolf, thankful that he did not have to share his flaws. Malachite then looked around, pondering who his partner would be. He didn't mind who he would be paired with, he simply wanted to learn new tips and tricks for fighting, for defending his pack against threats.

Onyx

After hearing what the Alpha had to say; The young Brute stood up and started to look around for someone to help him. He has herbs to go gather, and even though he could do it himself; there's a lot of picking and carrying to do. Onyx sighed, trying to find somebody to help him, preferably a hunter, so that he doesn't take any of the fighters away from Kayanne. As Onyx stood near the fighters, watching them, and for another wolf to help him, he made up a short list of everything he needs. Hoping to find it all early in the morning so that it all has time to dry out a little bit In the afternoon sun. Shaking his head slightly, Onyx continued to think.

Obsidian

After hearing the Alphas Orders; Obsidian stood up slowly, stretching his still tired muscles. Taking a deep breath Obsidian started out of the camp, deciding to hunt alone. He knows he won't be able to catch any large game, but by himself he should be able to catch a pretty fair amount of rabbits and squirrels. Walking out of the camp, listing to the soft crunch of the leaves under his paws; a little while away from camp Obsidian caught a slight smell of rabbit. Following it eagerly, Obsidian soon came across it,  chewing softly on a patch of dried clover. Getting as low to the ground as his large frame would let him, he walked forward. Being extra careful not to step on leaves, or a stick. But his efforts failed. A soft Snap came from under us left paw, his blind side. Obsidian watched as the young rabbit quickly fled as it saw him. Cursing his blindness under his breath, Obsidian continued on his search for food.

Ace dipped her head lightly. "Do you need me to stay here and pair with some wolf or are you good for now? It looks like Onyx could use some help." She pointed with her tail to the brute that stood nearby. "I'll certainly stay if you need me to of course."
