Amadeus thought for a moment. He decided he'd take the more dangerous job. "Pull up on it's flank. Push it torward the east. I will be waiting right over there and when the moment comes I will jump out and attack. As soon as I attack go after one of it's legs an help pull it down until I can get a grip on it's throat." Amadeus thought it was a rather good plan. As long as everything went well. He hoped nobody got kicked or hurt or a whole pack of evil turtles or something came out. He somehow felt more than protective over this fae.

Moon smiled. She followed him. She stood beside him. She bent her head down and started lapping water. The water tasted fresher. Well, she figured it was because it was spring, and spring has the best water. She lapped up some more. Her laps got louder. She leaned in farther. "it never tasted so good." She thought. She leaned in a little more that almost her whole muzzle was underwater. She lost her footing and feel in. She yelped, but when she got up water she giggled.

Slater smirked as the fae fell in. Slater gently sat down on his hind quarters and yawned a bit. Slater's playfulness had slowly left him for an unknown reason. He seemed to be thinking a lot and wasn't sure what to do even though the fae falling in was amusing.

Amadeus nodded and blinked his eyes softly. He padded quickly over to the east side of the deer. He got low behind a bush and listened carefully for the sound of a deer hurry by because it was being chased. Amadeus breathed slowly and felt the earth beneath his paws. Slowly he got lower to the ground and let a soft growl out.

Malachite sighed loudly before slowly taking his paws off of his muzzle. He slowly stood up, not bothering to shake out the dust and dirt that stuck to the fine hairs of his pelt. The young brute slowly climbed down off of the rock his had previously been on. He landed gently on the ground before just simply standing next to the rock. The brute looked at the landscape around him, he was unsure what to do now. Should he go and try to find a new friend? No, he wanted to be alone. It was best that way. 'No!' He said sharply mentally to himself as he snapped at the air. It was not best to be alone. Malachite just shook his head, confused. He needed to take a walk, or maybe take a swim. The brute slowly padded into the thick forest, his tail swishing gently side to side with every step he took. His head hung low and his ears lopped to the side of his head. Malachite growled quietly to himself. He looked weak and pathetic this way, he was a proud fighter. No alpha would want a fighter this pathetic. The young brute forced himself to look proud. He held his head slightly higher than normal, and his ears were pressed forward. His stature was that of a proud wolf's. Malachite had a pep in his step as he wandered through the forest. He made it looked like he was patrolling pack borders, not just taking a walk to think.

Moon looked at Slater in a concerned way. "Are you okay?" She asked. She hopped out and shook herself dry. Leaving it fluffy. She faced him. "Is something wrong? Are you hurt?" She asked. She circled him observantly. She nuzzled him in a social way. She sat beside him with a concerned look in her eyes.

Jay counted to 10. Then she burst from the bushes hearing the startled dear towards Amadeus. She nipped at the dears hind feet and jumping out of the way when it kicked. She howled letting Amadeus know they where getting close.
