Saphira bared her teeth as well. She would have never thought of killing her handler but now she would without question. Tom started to make his way closer to the two growling dogs. The hair on her back began to bristle.

Tom stopped a couple of metres away and frowned gently, "Saph, here girl!" he whistled, looking around for what they were growling at. Jacob glanced at Saphira, if they were killing her handler. She was going first.

Chance reached for Shayka to clip on her leash. She growled at first and jumped away but once she saw it was just Chance she put her ears back and lowered her head. Chance sighed and patted her head putting her leash on. "Come on Shayka." He said walking towards the training.Pratice rounds.

Soldier barked from her kennel. Jason's scent filled her nose before she saw him coming, a piece of chicken in his hand. her tail begun to wag smelling the cooked meat. "Hey girl." He said and crouched giving the the small chunk. She ate it quickly and barked, ready to either do drill or actually get out into the front lines.

Saphira's eyes started to fill with painful tears. She bared her teeth and at full speed she jumped on him. She pushed him to the ground and started to snarl.

Artec was in the kennel next to Solider. He perked his head up when he took in the smells of the new dog and chicken. SHe sat up and looked at Solider Handler and he barked. Pinning his ears back he dropped his tail and was pawing at the kennel door whining.

As Tom tried to kick Saphira off, all Jacob could do was push down on Tom's shins until his ankles cracked and splintered, Jacob pinned back his ears as Tom cried out and the young dog forced his gaze elsewhere.

Jason looked over at Artec, he sighed. "Sorry boy, I was told not to feed other handler's dogs." He said then gave Soldier the rest. "I'll be back in a bit." He told her before leaving. Soldier's tail wagged she looked at Artec, "here." she said, her voice soft. She gave him the second piece of chicken through the wiring.

Artec put his ears back then watched him leave. He looked over at Solider. "Thank you." He ate the chicken up fast. "I Havent seen my Handler in a While..and he hasnt feed me..." He sighed and looked around. "He said he be back." Artec shrugs and looks at her. "Thanks." He wagged his tail barking.
