Raven smiles softly and finally gets the courage to ask Forest. "My name is Raven... I have traveled many miles to escape the virus. My pack had been wiped out and I got out alive with my mate. Shortly after I found out I was carrying his pups, he became infected and attempted to kill me... He chased me across a bridge over a ravine. The bridge couldn't support his weight, so he fell to his death below..." Tears formed in her eyes as she spoke, getting a little shaky. "There was nothing I could do... I couldn't sense his conscience..."

Forest's ears drooped and she touched noses with Raven and she says "I know your loss, I have lost my entire pack to the disease, I have teamed up with others to help find the cure for the infected, we are the only ones who stand in the way of the disease. My name is Forest."

Raven flattens her ears a bit and nods at the wolf. "Please, let me join you. I know I can't do much, but I'm an experienced healer. I can heal your wounds, and help you figure out the cure for the virus."

Forest smiles and she says "I was just going to ask you to join us, however, we are traveling to the wise ones, they will know more about the disease and where to find the cure."

Raven also smiles, wagging her tail a bit. "I would be happy to join you, then. Hopefully they will be able to tell us the cure."

"Yes, I hope so to, come on, I'll show you to the others." Forest begins to pad back in the direction of the others

Raven nods and follows close to Forest, still quite wary and shy of her surroundings. She felt grateful to be with a pack, and hopefully the other wolves would be kind to her and her future pups.

Forest, as if sensing her thoughts said "Oh, by the way, I should warn you, we have a fox and coyote part of the group, they to are non infected, we even have a wolf pup named Elita"

Raven smiles softly. "I don't mind foxes or coyotes... As long as they don't try to harm my pups. And I bet little Elita is adorable." She laughs a bit.
