Kaala heard him and saw him running to her "Colt!" She ran to him happily and barked excitedly.

Colt barked excitedly as his head met her's and nuzzled her."Kaala, are you alright?" he asked."I was so worried!" he said, continueing to nuzzle her.

Shade and Shadow raced up, gasping for air.They had been running for a while, but said nothing while they caught their breaths.

Kaala shook her head "Not really." She turned and showed her wounds and little pieces of glass. She closed her eyes and lowered her head.

Colt gasped,"Kaala!What happened?" he asked, ears back in pity for her, trying to look into her beautiful eyes.

Shade looked up,"Is there something we can do for you, like, maybe help you get some of the glass out?" he asked somewhat gently.

Kaala shook her head "I had to jump into a window to get Elita and Andrew." She looked at him and licked his cheek.

"You were so brave!Come with me to the river.It will take some of the pain out,The blood,infection, and even some of the tiny peices we can see or reach out.Then we can pull out the rest and make you feel a bit better, how's that sound?" He said affectionetly(Fail), rubbing her cheek warmly, careful not to hurt her.

Shadow nodded, while Shade shrugged and began licking his paw.

Kaala nodded "Sure, i just want the pieces out." She winced as her shoulder hurt when shifted her weight and nuzzled Colt back.

Alana watched from in the forest and let out a low snarl.in her mind she thought That old fae will do anything to get his attention. Alana snarled low and then walked up to Colt."Colt if I lost you I wouldn't know what to do without you!".She said nuzzling hima nd nicking his muzzle.

Kaala rolled her eyes at the fae and looked at Shade "Thanks Shade and Shadow." She slowly moved away from the pushy fae and looked at them with pain in her eyes.
