"You go ahead, I'm just gonna continue wandering here. Besides, it is not like you want to actually leave the pack, so if you do follow me..." Storm shrugged, "Then ya know, its your choice." He says, not even bothering to glance back. Yup, just like that, and he was back to being his old self. Except, that beast that lurks in him. Moreover, he could still feel that creature inside slowly awaken itself, clawing at the bars at the cage in which he holds it in. It wanted blood, but he would not let it. He sighed, but continued on walking, his ears swiveling around as he listened.

She sighed "its fine ill stay with you" she said and streched her lets and paws

Storm snorted, "Fine, go on ahead." He said, his ears still swiveling around as his listened, his eyes watchful. He eyed everything that got into his sight, from trees to bushes to leaves, to the ground, to the sky, and so on. After all, since there are rouges running all free in the territory, it would be expected for anyone of them to jump out, and ambush them. And he did not want to get killed. Despite him wanting to actually get killed, he made it his goal to fill that void in his chest, before he would die. He would not let anything stop him in his quest to fill that hole of strangeness... Emptiness...

She rubbed her nose under his chin "talk to me...i wana know more i want to know what makes you tick" she said

Storm looked at her, before stepping away. "I prefer to keep to myself right now, there is too much on my mind..." He murmured softly, his fur matted with blood, water, and herbs. He stunk of herbs as well, with a slight hint of blood, the one that covered his fur. His torn ear twitched only slightly, and he slid to the ground, his legs bending beneath him. "I guess we could rest now... Besides, my legs ache." He commented, bringing out a single dirty paw from underneath him, and glanced at it. He stared at the silver claws there, glinting, and he remembered how that beast used them to kill, and murder others. His golden eyes narrowed, seeming slightly dull.

she moved so he could use her belly as a pillow "just rest" she said and lay her head down

Storm looked at her, and sighed. "I know..." He lowered his head, bringing out his other leg. His front legs were stretched, the right overlapping the left, sitting on the top. Softly, he lied his head on her stomach, which had seem surprisingly clean since she had recently been in a fight and all. "Thanks... Sometimes, I wished I could be like you..." He closes his golden eyes, thinking back. He was a mere watcher in all of the slaughters that the beast inside had caused. Inside, he was stained, tainted with all of their blood. His friends and mere strangers... He was sorry... That he could do nothing.

"like me? whats so good about me?" she asked

"You... You don't have to worry about a beast inside of you... You have friends... Your caring and very intelligent... Your everything I am not." Storm said slowly, his voice low. His eyes opened slightly, as he gazed at her with half-opened eyes. It was true. He did not want to worry anymore. He wanted to be happy. He wanted everything she had. But he was glad for her. She was unlike him, and he too. He killed anyone on the spot when he was controlled by the beast. It manipulated his mind. He was isolated, she was not. He worried, and she did not so much as him. He sighs, and nuzzles into her stomach softly, his eyes closing.
