Skye walked quickly out of her den, and stopped directly in front of Averill and Rengi. "You will each be assigned two wolves to train, train them well and then they can train others, and so on. I know that it is a hard task for two days, so I mainly want you to teach them brute force, not technique." She looked at Rengi then Averill, and her tone softened. "O am counting on you both." She said with a smile. "Myself and Kai will each train a wolf also." With that she turned and briskly walked down the track to her favourite spot. She sat, her body tranquil and her mind a whirl. She pawed at the snow, and sighed. She could not dodge this.

Kai looked at Skye as she snapped orders and disappeared. All in all, he was glad he wasn't on the wrong side of her. He should his head as a wise wolf does (even though at five he was not what he would consider 'wise') and walked over to Winta. "Please go to the base of the mountain with the pups. On the eastern side you will find a cave with ivy covering it, making it impossible to see. Scent the air for honey, and you will find the cave." He didn't bother explaining that an old healer once covered the ivy with honey to make sure no one could find it except those who knew the healer - namely any intruding wolves. "Spend the next day stocking up with fish for yourself and the two of them. The battle could last a long time." He shot her a reassuring smile and nodded, emphasizing what he had said. "Do it now."

{Umm Winta was feeding the pups right? The rest of the wolves set out to hunt, but an enemy pack was scented so they're all gathering back at camp now. There's going to be battle training ^^}

Jani listened to Skye, trembling with fear at the prospect of an invading pack. She was scared, so scared. I wish this was a dream, she thought. If it is, then I hate dreams.
