"Sorry about what?"
Fey
I looked over at Icey, "After I left my mother I ventured around this entire island, looking for another herd's protection. I seemed to miss every herd by only moments! But one day I was coming through the forest when I heard the shouts of humans. I ran as faraway from them as I could and I found myself here! I hid in one of those caves till curiousity got the best of me! I beginning looking around the meadows and the caves. Then life had been everywhere here. The air was buzzing with bees, fawns were always poking their heads out of the forest and looking at the meadow. Birds sat everywhere! All the way from your ears, to the tip of your tail, and then dotting the meadow as well. I stayed in this meadow for a few days. And I do remember a few times when I'd be grazing in the meadow, or standing in the stream and I would hear a noise like thunder. But the sky was clear! It wasn't a gun, for I know what a gun sounds like. But it rumbled across the meadow and shook the ground. The wind brought a smell of smoke but I could detect no fire. Sometimes after the noise I would hear rocks falling, but nothing ever happened. I left the meadow, in search for another herd. But I do remember as the noise became closer and more frequent all the animals seem to leave." I cocked my head, remembering the trembling earth and the distant clatter of tumbling rocks far off in the caves. Deep in the mountain! "I never came back till now."
