"What, so you like other mares?" I joke with a snort
"I lived in Mexico in a small herd by the beach. Each year, they sent four or five of us on a boat to trade with other people. When I was grown, they left a few days behind schedule. We ran into a storm, and the boat started to sink. But I escaped and managed to swim to shore. I decided some horses must live here and went searching." He explained.
