The muscular dark bay stallion trotted towards the sound of two stallions. He scented a mare and his ears pricked forward. His gaze fell upon the two males, and Balius instinctivly flattened his ears to his head. He stopped where he was, and snorted, nostrils flaring.

Altair trotted off in the opposite direction of Sapphire. Arabian blood pulsed through his veins as the liver chestnut held his head and flaxen tail high. He refused to answer Sapphire's whinnies and snorts and continued on his way towards horses. He gave a loud whinny, wondering what was going on here. He had never lived in a herd; his herd had abandoned him by a river when he was born.

Sapphire whinnied out to her younger brother. He wasn't really her brother, but when he was little she had found him alone by a river. SHe snorted a warning to him, but a faint glitter of humor flickered in her sapphire blue eyes. She trotted past him and tossed her head, glaring as a stallion watched two others fighting.

^^ Yay, thanks! QUESTION: can the horses "talk"? or use real "horse language"?

Pride snorted and reared kicking his hooves at the stallions face. His blows would cause some damage if they made contact. He dropped to the ground and sank his teeth into the stallions neck attempting to rip a chunk out.

Zenon hadn't noticed the new horses watching, and reared to match Pride's hooves. He felt on of the stallions hooves hit the brudge of his nose, making it bleed more.
