I smiled and leaned in a little closer, licking his cheek again. I sensed that he was about to cry. "Don't cry," I whispered. "I'm not worth your tears." I closed my eyes.

Ollie did cry happy tears then. 'Of course you are.. I love you with every worthless piece of my being.' he said, softly.

I left the Fighters den to see if the Bianca wolf was still there. Yup, she was. I went back in and laid down.

I ran playfully around in the pups cave, pouncing on scraps of moss.

I was laying down, relaxing in the Hunters den. I thought about Echo in the Pup's den. How was she? Playing, I'd bet. Running around and annoying Balt to death. I chuckled softly to myself.
