Moon had been wandering around for days now and mad it to a water hole in a couple of days since beings thrown out of her old pride, She hadn't had anything to eat for days and was weak, so she wanted to hunt at night, so she went to take a nap under the big tree.

Cone saw the young lioness. She padded over to her, "Excuse me. Hello there! I am Cone", Cone said, shaking her black fur.

Moon woke up quickly and jumped up and back and snarled until she realized she was no harm. And Moon relaxed and sat down and replied "Hello, Cone, I'm Moon."

The lionesses snarl had scared her a bit, but then she relaxed. Cone sat next to Moon, her tail flicking back and forth. "Are you new? I'm a loner, really, but I've never been in an actual pride", she said to her friend.

Moon nodded, abit wary but still she relaxed. "Yeah i am new, but I have been in a pride but was kicked out because i wasnt welcomed anymore."

El couldn't keep her eyes open for much longer.She was tired,but didn't want to fall asleep; as she knew Roman wouldn't go to sleep with her.Without her even knowing,she slowly dozed off.

Roman looked at his mother fall asleep and grinned.He turned and bounded off,looking at all the other lions.

Cone frowned. "Oh? You seem like a very nice lioness. Why ever would they not want you anymore?", she asked, concerned about Moon. Then, honesty, she added "My parents, after my mother Pine had me, they both abandoned me in some thickets, and left. I never seen, or heard from them again". Her tail flicked.

Moon looked at her in the eyes and yawned, "My old pride was not very nice to lionesses but we made it through, When the male leader thought he had too many females he would make up lies about a lioness killing another lionesses cub when he did it himself, that's what happened to me. My own mother turned on me."
