Glimmer ran to Hyacinth's cage and pawed at the lock.When it didn't open she looked hopefully at Katniss.

Shade pressed against Jasmine looking sharply towards Katniss and Jim.

Katniss frowned watching the other dogs."Maybe we should let them come with us."She could easily see how Glimmer and Shade didn't want to be separated from Hyacinth and Jasmine.

Mailey scuffed her paw across the ground sadly.This happened every time.

Jim nodded,"Hyacinth can come, but Ringo seems a bit down. I'll keep him here." He unlocked Hyacinth's cage, slipping a leash onto his collar as he tried to bolt out. Jim gave a tug for him to calm down, tightly holding the leash and bending over, picking up Jasmine's. He looked up at Katniss,"Ready?" He asked, his eyebrows up in anticipation.

Jasmine didn't go anywhere, she stayed, even when Jim tried to start to leave, nonstop licking Shade's cheek and ears. She didn't like the vet, but there wasn't really anything else to do.

Hyacinth barked happily, but obeyed Jim and stayed by his side although he had picked up her toy on the way out of his cage. He smiled largely, squeaking it.

Glimmer yipped happily.She fastened her jaws into the toy and backed up.

Shade blinked at Jasmine."We'd better start walking."He sighed.

Katniss put a leash on Shade and Glimmer and tugged lightly at the leashes.

Dagger barked twice,turned in a circle,and headed back to Mailey.

Hyacinth let go of her toy as she was yanked so it caused neither of them pain. He walked on the side of Jim towards the back next to Glimmer.

Jasmine nodded, turning the way Jim tugged her.

Jim looked around, making sure everybody was ready to go. He opened the door, letting Katniss go in front of him. He walked to the back of the truck, opening the tailgate and letting all the dogs jump in. He took his spare leashes off of Jasmine and Hyacinth, also removing Shade and Glimmer's, attaching them all to the tied down leashes. He walked to Katniss's door, opening it and letting her in, and closing it after she got all the way. Jim walked around the side of the truck, getting in and starting it. He turned to Katniss, smiling. "Here we go..." He backed out of the driveway, driving down the street and to the vet. He parked, taking the keys out of the ignition.

Katniss got out of histruck and went to get Oasis,Shade and Glimmer.Oasis growled softly at Katniss and she took a small step back.

Mailey layed down sadly and mad at herself.Am I that bad? she thought in her head.

Jim hopped out, taking the spares out and handing one to Katniss for Oasis, and hooking the other on Jasmine, unhooking her leash attached to car. He gave a tug, watching as she jumped over the edge of the truck, walking towards the vet as far as the leash would allow. Jim turned to Oasis, "Easy girl. We aint gonna hurt 'cha." I reached over, hooking the leash one her with gentle hands, patting her head and handing the leash to Katniss.
