Arie nodded to her pile of meats. "Those humans didn't even see me coming!" She bragged. "I just leaped up, took the meat, and ran!"

"Nice!" She said and inched towards the meat.

She picked up a string of sausage and tossed it to her. "Eat up."

"Fanks!" She said slurping up a sausadge.

Arie sighed, she needed to get back to the streets, this stash wouldn't feed them for long.

A tear welled up in Tessa's eye. "Do you have to go?"

Arie nodded silently, then spoke. "Yes, I should snatch more food.. Maybe I'll pick up some new shack strays on the way."

Lily, Feye, Luke, and Rose walked between their mother's paws, scared of the surroundings. Ally nudged them all gently to reassure them, but only Rose was capable of sticking her head out from her mother's long curls and look around. "What's this place, mommy?" She asked.

Tive walked into an alley. He didn't see anyone in here.

Arie dodged her way into the city. She crept along the shadows of the ally Tive was in, unaware of his presence.
