The branches overhead were entwined so thickly that only tiny shafts of sunlight speared the forest floor. I darted over arched roots, moss forests and around tall mushrooms and deadly toadstools. With each flying leap a memory returned to me, mostly of Enjel and my own mother. Everything here was so familiar; I felt so safe.

I suddenly spotted our home. Home. I ran with full speed, I sniff about as I ran, the scents, the trees, the bushes, the earth, they smelt the same. I ran, my paws hurting, but I didn't want to stop. But I did. I saw our home, destroyed. Homes that have fallen down, bushes crunched, only someone could do this. Humans. I found crushed berries, paw marks, human foot steps. Everything was gone. I felt my life had been destroyed, I collapsed onto the ground unconscious because of something.. Everything went black, I just fell as if..

Dole thought. "Well I really like the outdoors, and talking, and sleeping."

"Hmmm. Anything or things you like that are outside?" Dustin pondered.

Mud, he thought to himself. "Well, I like walking around and looking at things. Not exploring, just looking."

"Well, that doesn't really help. Is there anything else?" he pressed, dusting off his paws on his cream-ish coat.

He was kind of embarrassed to say it, but "I love mud."

Dustin smiled, an idea coming to mind. "I think we can work with that." he grinned.

Dole smiled. He didn't know what Dustin was thinking, but he was glad he had an idea that had to do with his favorite thing. "How?" he asked.

"You could collect peices of mud from diffrent places, dry the peice, and have a collection of mud or dirt from every place you've gone that had mud." he smiled, hoping it made sence.

It made sense to Dole. He smiled, and said "That's a great idea! I've always wanted a collection." But then he thought. "How do I get out of this cage?"
