To the surprise of the human I shot out of the shop and skidded to a halt beside Enjel. Panting hard, I looked at her with wild eyes. I smiled, despite my manically beating heart. We were free!

(Maybe Finn and Enjel could be best friends? But when Finn was caught by the humans, Enjel went to look for him for weeks before being caught?)

Lavender Enjel

I panted but grinned, " Come on, maybe we can find a tree with an empty hollow and rest there. " I said scanning around.

(OK. And Finn couldn't remember her as he bumped his head before he was captured and lost his memories. Sounds great!!)

Finn

I nodded breathlessly and looked around, spotting a small park a block away. That had trees... but it also had humans and possibly owls. I shuddered and looked over to the garden next to us. It was lined with roses and daisies, but in the center was an ancient oak. I grinned and nudged her, pointing to the dead tree.

(It would be awesome XD and then Enjel had bang her head when she was brought to the pet shop. )

Lavender Enjel

I started running towards the tree, I grinned my green eyes twinkling with joy. I felt the wind slipped through every strand of my fur, I could almost remember running beside someone.. Someone.

FINN

As I ran a strange memory surfaced, of me racing beside someone else. I felt so secure and happy beside them, like we belonged together... not in a romance type way though. I sighed and shook it away, scrambling up the trunk of the tree. The bark was gnarled and cracked, making the ascent easy. I gritted my teeth and pulled myself into a small hollow, checking it out of any sign or prior inhabitance. Nope! I poked my head out and grinned down at Enjel. What are you waiting for? I called down cheekily.

Lavender Enjel


I grinned, I lept up climbing as fast as I ran. When I reach to the hollow, I lept onto Finn, and said, " Ha! Bet you come climb as fast as me. " I lept off and lay down.

Izabeth jumped at the ping of the cage door. She curled her tail around her and huddled among her fluffy things watched what was happening around her.

Instead of using keys, Rae just picked the lock with his claws. "You want to come?" He asked Izabeth.

Finn

I laughed as she pinned me down, my eyes sparkling happily. When she let me up I stretched and looked around. It was a small cavern, but big enough for the two of us to be comfortable. It was reasonably dry and the entrance was small, so no owls could come and attack us during the night, but it let enough light in for us not to be stumbling in darkness.

Lavender Enjel

I grinned, suddenly I felt, surely I knew him. But where? " Finn, have I ever seen you before? " I asked my emerald green eyes look at him with curiosity. The blue fur was familiar and smilar, the golden eyes reminded me of something.. Suddenly I knew, just now when I felt like I was running beside someone, I saw these pair of golden eyes in my mind!

Finn

Over-run by her seriousness I looked at her curiously. I knew what she meant. I smiled sadly at her and shook my head. I don't know. I feel like I know you too, but I have no idea where from! I said, frustrated. I looked into her emerald eyes, so deep green and beautiful. Wait. Emerald eyes? Why did they make me think of my youth??
