Kite broke his stare to glare at Violet. Then he glanced at the ground mutely.

Ruby chose that exact moment to come galloping up. "Hi! Who's this? And why is there blood? And-" she eyed Kite. "-Who's that?"
(Ah, Ruby, I love you)

(Hahaha, poor Ruby!)

"Eh, ah, Ruby, there was a fight here between chestnut stallion and Berlin." Violet explained as though she were a kindergardener. She glared at Kite, her eyes narrowing and sparkling with menace. She was not a mare to mess with. Her usually happy eyes only showed past battles.

Artimisa showed calmness as she slowly drew closer until she was right on the battle feild. She had no idea what she was doing, but something drove her too do it.

Kite pawed the ground, snorting. And now there was a whole troupe of damn mares turning up! He snorted again, irritated.
Ruby paused. Turning to Kite, she asked, "Do you like squirrels?"
Kite looked at her like she had a screw loose. Which, she probably did.

Artimisa looked at the idjt mare "Wow..." she neighed.

(Oh... I just realised Ruby is worryingly a lot like me... O.o
*walks off to look for squirrels*)
Ruby frowned. "What?" She asked, not really understanding. "It was a perfectly honest question!"
Kite groaned and pawed the ground angrily.
Ruby edged slightly away from Kite.

Violet couldn't help it. She burst out laughing. "Squirrels?!" She asked Ruby, who didn't get the danger of the situation.

Opal peeked at the group below her, and she galloped down as she heard the word 'squirrels'. "I love squirrels! They're sooooo cute!" She said, not bothering to glance at the scene around her.

Violet sighed. She was surrounded by dunces. She rolled her eyes at the mares and Kite. "She's always like this!" She whispered, mainly to herself.

"I think a cougar swat her in the head when she was a foal..." Artimisa said walking closly up to Kite, but keeping her veiw on Ruby.
