She kept her head up, her ginger and white pelt was speckled with white as a fresh batch of snow trickled off of the trees. Suddenly, a large clump fell from the branches, covering her with a yelp. She huffed and popped her head from the pile, looking about to make sure no one saw then slipped out, shaking out her pelt, her curled tail popping back in place. She sighed and sat atop the pile, looking about as she felt even lonelier than before.
