Marco wagged his tail even though he was sad. "Hi... I'm Marco..."

"I''m Kira." She sat down and tilted her head, looking him over.

Marco smiled. "I um... I have a rabbit if you want it... the one I was going to talk to never showed up..." He was usually stronger than this. But then, he usually wasn't heartbroken.

"Oh I'm so sorry." Kira gave him a sympathetic look. "And I wouldn't want to take your food."

"No, its alright... I'm not hungry anyway, and so might as well share..." He nudged it over toward her and got up to leave.

"No no, please don't leave." Kira whimpered softly, starting to get up to go after him.

Damion lightly nudged Max comfortingly. "Jaylee I'd like you to meet my mate, Max. Max, this is my sister Jaylee" he said looking at both of them.

Jaylee growled slightly "Y-y-your what!!!" she said her voice rising. Then, it clicked. This was the fae that lied to her about finding the pup. "I remember you" Jaylee said flicking her tail towards the fae.

"Yes, I lied to you about the pup. And, that was for a REASON," She growled, relaxing to Damion's touch, but only a little.

Jaylee growled stepping forward "I know," she said through clenched teeth. "And the only thing keeping my somewhat calm is that by some miracle you managed to make my brother smile." Resentment and anger was clearly present in her eyes.

Damion stepped protectively in front of Max. "Jaylee," he warned watching her every movement.
