When Misty nudged him, telling him to go, Texas nuzzled the mare and smiled, "i'll be back, I promise," he said before he cantered off. Stopping ontop of a hill, he looked down across the lands, searching for some free mares.

Around me I could hear the sounds of many other mares and stallions and often, I looked around at them, seeing how close I was. So many mares had been taken and stripped of their freedom. That meant even more chance of me being seen. I was actually surprised none had come at me yet. My mind wandered back to the stallion I met before. I don't beileve I got his name, but he didn't get mine either, so it's not like I could go looking for him by his name. I swished my tail back and forth, walking slowly through the sunlight, my eyes switching back and forth to spot anything coming at me.

Titan sighed in relief when the mare declined Sakima's offer. That stallion is not who he seems, I just know it, he thought, narrowing his large eyes at him. Titan sighed once more, then turned his back on Sakima. Another stallion had approached the confused looking mare. She seemed to be the popular choice, and though Titan would love to have her join his herd, he wasn't one to be greedy. Herds were more than just senseless breeding - to him, they were a kind of family. A place of protection and warmth. Titan turned his head to nicker at Xaioli, who was some ways away, letting her know that he had not forgotten about her. As he did so, a lone mare caught his eye. Titan could sense that she was distressed by the way her eyes flickered back and forth and her continuous movement. Spurred by the urge to comfort her, he quickly neighed to Fate, "I'll be back soon. I still need to introduce you to a mare and her colt in my herd." Titan smiled gently, then walked towards the lone equine with his head bowed as a sign of respect.

Movement over to the side caught my attention. I came to a halt and looked over at a white stallion heading towards me. My ears flattened, but i saw the respectful bow of his head and was calmed a little. The wound on my back told me to not trust any of them as I never did after that one stallion came out and fought me, to which I count that I won. I waited to see what they would sy first, making sure to keep a good distance away in case I should need to get away in time. Though I like black coated stallions better, white coated ones are the next best, but the point here was wether they would let me decide or would they try to force me...

Seeing the mare's ears flatten down, he stopped two horse-lengths away and neighed kindly, "Hello, I was just checking to see if you were alright. You look a little distressed." Titan frowned, for he did not like seeing any horse down. He always tried his best to cheer other horses up. It was just something that was a part of him and his upbeat, positive attitude towards life. Titan stood still, waiting for her answer.

His soft tone relaxed my a little, but not enough where I trusted him, "Any mare who still is a loner and is not distressed is obviously mad. I had an encounter with a stallion that ended up in a fight, so I'm making sure to stay on my toes." I stood still and listened all around us, making sure we were alone, which in most cases isn't good, but for not, there is no reason to be too frightened. He seemed the respectful type, so I didn't worry too much. Though I still had that feeling in my gut that told me to stay alert.

History:
Off Course was born into a large herd of dark colored horses. His mother was a large chestnut mare and his father also had a deep chestnut coat. All the other mares in the herd had some kind of bay or black coats. That year when all the foals where born, you could find the black, bay, and chestnut foals playing along in the herd. But there was also a odd light colored coat colt in the bunch, that later grew into a rare cremello stallion. The other horses were all shocked by his different and odd colored coat. The foals and mares in the herd all called him an "outsider". Soon after Off Course was born his mother stopped nursing and caring for him, she was sure she had mixed up her foal or something. At three days old Off Course was alone, his herd had left him that day alone in a meadow. Before they left a black mare walked over to the young colt and told him he was "Off Course" and didn't belong. As the days went on Off Course found himself alone in the same meadow, he tired to pick at the grass. But he needed a mother to care for him. After four days alone in the meadow, a small herd of horses came to the meadow. The herd inculded a dapple gray stallion, a buckskin mare with a black colt, and a blue roan mare. The blue roan spotted Off Course first, she was an older mare who had just lost her foal. She quickly adopted the foal as her own and raised him into a beautiful stallion. At almost three years of age he left his family to start his own.
Personality:
Off Course is a very out going stallion, he loves to be around other horses. He is a very quick learner and likes to try new things, but he also trys to stay on the safer side of life. He can be a little high strong when it comes to his mares, he isn't afraid to fight for them. He has been known for stealing only the best mares, and picking the pretty ones. He snakes mares whenever given the chance. When it comes to his family he is a very sweet and caring stallion, he would lay down his life for anyone of them. He is also a great listener and doesn't mind just graze along side another stallion that isn't trying to take mares. Off Course can be a calm horse to a crazy wild stallion all in one day.
Likes:
Off Course loves his female horses, he is a hot shot kind of stallion. He also likes to lay in the cool grass during the summer when it is to hot to worry about running and fighting. His favorite thing to do when its warm out is to swim and jump around in the clear water of a river or pond.
Dislikes:
Off Course hates know it all horses!! Horses that talk to much about boring stuff really bug him. He also dislikes mares that don't care for their young. He also has a secret fear of snakes, they make him jump around like a loose chicken.

All that's known of Aislinn's past is that she left her birth herd the first chance she got. She has spent most of her time since then wandering the wilderness and searching for a better life. But, she hasn't found it yet.
Personality:
Being generally laid back, Aislinn tends to get on with most she meets. She may look rather naive, but she is in fact quite the opposite. She's a practical young mare who knows what she wants out of life, and intends to get it.
She can be very argumentative, especially if she believes she is right about whatever the argument involves, or if she is just in the mood for an argument. Aislinn believes in the idea of true love, no matter how naive it sounds, and she doesn't really listen to others who try to make her feel bad. She's a generally cheerful soul and can usually be found smiling or humming quietly to herself.
But, Aislinn loves to have fun and play games, even though she can sometimes go a bit over the top. One of her 'amazing' traits, is the ability to annoy those around her. However, you don't want to push her too far, for Aislinn goes on impulse and instinct. So, for instance, if she wants to hurt you... She won't think twice about it. But, beneath all her conflicting emotions, she's pretty vulnerable. But, the problems is; she doesn't like to show any weakness.
And when it comes to love... Well, let's just say, if she likes someone, she works to get them jealous first. Her number 1 strategy? Flirting with anyone else apart from that one special stud. But she is unpredictable, aswell as devious, cunning and ruthless.
However, despite how 'together' she seems, Aislinn is actually pretty damaged. She's had her fair share of heartbreaks and hurt, which is the main reason why she doesn't do something without proplerly thinking about it; unless she's in a reckless mood. Her psychological wounds are pretty deep, and still rather raw. So don't push her. Or you will regret it.

The young colt carried his hooves forward several feet as he watched the black stallion; Nanuk. He had a big herd; and Plato was interested. His silver dun coat; like his mothers; easily shone in the sun(moon)light, and brightened his coat even further. His green eyes studied the mares amoung the Black Stallion, and stared with the soft curiosity that anyone would have. He had never seen so many in one spot!

The Silver Dun mare nickered gently in return to Titan when he nickered; assuring herself he was keeping watch, keeping her safe from being taken away. She liked Titan; his attitude and his looks. She smiled so lightly as she moved forward; after Plato with a soft nicker. She found her young colt over looking a large herd, and nuzzled her colt close. She was in her own heat cycle, but would only let one horse mate her; and that was Titan. Her green eyes flashed as she nudged her young colt towards home; the spot where Titan had left them.

The black stallion lifted his head and saw Raven. But he did not like what else he saw. Nanuk began to walk towards her. He would have to give it a second go. She was a gorgeous black Arabian. Sakima was more relaxed now, so he hoped that he could impress her instead of fighting her.
