Neve
Neves eye were closed so the snow that was being thrown across her by the unforgiving blizzard didn't get in her eyes but she recognized Amber's voice. She had called out somebody's name, was it Coppuers? Relief flooded through her cold white body, at least some of her team mates were alive, hopefully uninjured. She tried not to flinch when the harness tugged at her skin where Amber was chewing through it. The harness dug into her skin, stinging more now then it did when she was belling pulled down by the weight of the team.
Her skin under her harness felt raw and exposed, like the rough material had cut into her skin. She was hurting all over, but she was sure all the other dogs had suffered at least that much, so other then her screaming ribcage and a paw that felt sorer then the rest of her, she didn't think she had attained any serious injuries. She was hopeful that the rest of the team were well in the same way and their master would get them out of here soon.
He must be on top of things, surely, Neve thought, checking on his dogs, his ruined sled. So where were his calls? Neve strained her ears, listening, but heard no human voice over the screeching wind, maybe he was to far to hear. But then another thought struck her startled mind, what if he was injured? or dead? she whined again, not necessarily from pain but from worry. Despite the fact that she couldn't even move she was willed to get up and find him, make sure their master was okay.
