Rachel finally returned to Shadow and Cinder with three frozen frogs in her mouth. "I hope this is okay... There wasn't really any frozen lakes around here." She dropped the frogs at Shadows feet. She then turned to Cinder. "How are you feeling?" she questioned. "Anything else I can do for you?"

"I'll be fine, thanks rachel!" Cinder smiled,lifting her head.

"Well you can do that later, maybe tomorrow if it's all good, but you will probably have to wait a bit longer than that, because you moving already stuffing your leg up a bit more,now the bleeding's started again. I don't want you to bleed to death." he said to her cross that she a healer didn't know when she should be laying still.

He turned to Rachel, "I s,pose it'll do for some of her swelling, but I can't do the bit that needs doing because while frog slime is great for some things it often slows down the healing of wounds and I think Cinder would like to be back on her feet as soon as possible." he said to Rachel, "Could you please go wash Snowflake really well in the lake? I want her coat to be pure white again, it looks beautiful when it is, I don't want her coat to stain with brown." he said to Rachel, he looked at Snowflake who'd just rolled in the mud, making her practically covered all over.

Snowflake stopped rolling in the mud, she considered chasing a frog that she'd unearthed, but decided to follow Rachel instead, after all she was quite dirty, instead of pure white she was now an even dark brown.
