Cinder sighed and lowered her head. "i am not stupid because i am hurt!" she fretted,she felt useless again. "just i dont-" she didn't know what to say,she licked up the stuff in the bowl. "surely being on a mountian would provide alot of ice?'

"I know that. Why are you getting so upset?" he asked, he was genuinely concerned for her, "I haven't seen any ice around." he added.

"Cause i worry too" she remarked,shaking her head. Cinder looked at her foot and frowned. "it looks like my foot got mauled by a bear!" she commented,not really angry.

"No it doesn't." he said, he sat down, he didn't like anyone snapping at him, he looked upset.

Cinder looked at Shadow and realized of what she done. "I-i'm sorry...uts thanks to you y legs gettting better,sorry.." she whined,putting her head on her paws.

Shadow still looked hurt, "It's all right." he said softly to her.

"I can get alittle...mean for s-something...i didnt mean it,really" she turned away,why am i being so stubborn!

"I already said it was all right." said Shadow, he looked at Snowflake, who was playing with a butterfly and getting dirty in the nearby muddy puddle, she was now a dark brown on her legs and part of her tail and pure white mixed with brown flecks on the rest of her.

"She needs a really good bath." remarked Shadow.

Cinder looked up and saw snowflake, she flicked her ear. "it never hurts to play ,right?" she joked,remembering what she use to do as a puppy.

"Playing is really good for you, even when you're no longer a pup." he said to Cinder, he wanted to go play with his sister, he often did, he enjoyed putting his worries aside from time to time. He would have liked Cinder to play as well, cause he liked her, but she was injured so she couldn't play and it was unfair to leave people out so he just layed down and sighed.

Cinder stared at him,her eyes aprling with joy. "you should go play, i would but with my leg.. it wont matter to me much because when i get better i i'll be back to normal" she offered,feeling sympathy and warmth towards Shadow.
