Amy poked it. "But..." she sighed. "Alright," she took a small bite then bigger ones.

Flame looked at her. "No, honey. Like this," he said and dove at the kill. Thrashing his head and trying to make the pups laugh, he sat on his tail. Literally. He balanced perfectly on the tip, then fell on the kill and started biting with he noticed the ribs with hallowed out. He chewed off the muscle and skin and stared down at Tommy.

Amy looked around. "Like what?" she said.

Sasa lowered her head and nudged amy closer to it. "Get a grip and move your jaw back and forth ripping off a piece." she said sweetly.

Amy did so and got a big piece. "Yummiez!"

Flame laughed, watching the piece stick out of her mouth. He looked at bear and nudged him towards the neck. "Come on, that's the juiciest part!"

Bear smiled and trotted over getting a huge piece of it and dragged it to Sasa. "Momma! take et!" he said nuzzling her.

Sasa smiled and giggled licking him lightly. "Aww, thank you, why don't we share it." she said softly as he nodded and dug in.

Flame tore off the pelt and through it into the woods. A bear roared far off, catching the smell and Flame's chest was broaded out. He growled loudly and turned to the pups and Sasa. "Stay inside. Mother bear," he said and watched as the mother and two cubs ran towards them. When they got close, the bear reared and charged, slashing her paws clumsily in the air. Flame jumped into the air to avoid one, then another hit him in the back. He landed on his back and got up. He grabbed a cub by the scruff and took off, the bear after him. "Take me, not the pups!" he called through a mouthful of scruff. He lead the bear away swiftly, his legs always taking up more land.

Sasa quickly nudges the pups inside while they wailed. "DadddDDDyy!!!" she frowned then started to sing a lullaby to them in her soft sweet voice. Sasa was shaking slightly worried for Flame, "Starpack please watch over him." she thought.

Luna heard the pups crying and ran to the Alpha den. "Sasa? Flame?" She said, poking her head in.

Sasa was holding back some tears then pointed to the huge bear paws outside. Then she noticed Bear got out of the den. "Bear? Where are you? BEAR??" she said frighten.

Bear was stumbling after his father following the paw prints.

"Sasa? Is that you?" Luna said, squinting in the darkness of the cave. She walked to Sasa and sat down next to her. "It's me. Luna." She whispered.
