When she opened her eyes, things where blurry, and the pain was gone. Skyre was in the pet store again, obviously rejected by the costly, stupid act she had done. Her head throbbed with weariness as she looked through the bars of the horrid cage. For a moment, with her sight cloudy, she thought she saw the humans again, and the white dog. Although, it seemed to have grown bigger...

Bianca

Bianca saw many animals of different kinds as she passed by their cages, her tail wagging softly. Her blue eyes brightened when she saw a cage with a Gray wolf(Skyre) and stopped walking. She padded up to the cage, cautiously, incase the wolf was harmful. "Hello. What's your name?" she asked, softly. She looked at her owner then back at the wolf, waiting for her reply.

Skyre rose her head slowly. ''I'm...I'm Skyre,''she replied slowly. As she looked at the white dog all over, she realized it was one of her kind; a wolf. A wolf! she thought, hope blasting through her body. She squirmed in the cage, hopeful that the other wolf would help her out. ''And what is your name...?''

Bianca

Bianca smiled at the wolf and repeated her name a few times in her head as to not forget it. "My name is Bianca. It's a pleasure to meet you, Skyre." she said, happily. She noticed Skyre squirming and tilted her head. "Is something wrong?" she asked, worriedly.

Her emotions quickly changed. ''There are a million things wrong...can't you notice?''she half growled. ''This bars are digging into my skin, imprinting forever marks! And let alone, these bars are so cold that my fur might as well shrivel up!'' She wiggled a bit more, trying to throw off the horrible feeling. She sighed with failure as she gave up, her fur falling down again, and her eyes fixed on Bianca.

As Bianca listened quietly as Skyre talked, she realized that she wanted out. "Oh, ok! I'm sorry!" she said. She stood on her hind legs then pawed at the lock, being careful not to get caught. After a moment, she heard a click then the door opened. "Come on! Go go go!" she said, softly. The owner of the store saw and he began to run towards them.

As soon as the door opened, Skyre jumped out. She felt her pain relieve again, but she made no move to run. ''Thank you,''she stated, staring into Bianca's crystal blue eyes gratefully. She shook her body, her fur flowing out once again. She released her stare from Bianca's eyes, and looked around, spotting humans. She shivered at the sight of them..

Bianca bit her lip slightly when she didn't see her run. "Your welcome but your supposed to be running now!" she said, a bit frightened. Her eyes narrowed at the owner as he put out his hands to grab Skyre. She growled and bit his hand hard. She whimpered slightly as the human hit her then her owner came and yelled at him. She looked at her new wolf friend and frowned. "Why aren't you running?" she asked.

Skyre was frozen, staring at all of the humans, backing up. She growled slightly, and looked to either side of her. She snapped at the approaching human. Now she was ready. With a surprisingly great burst of speed, she whipped around the human and jumped over some box, dashing for the door. At that moment, a brown haired boy walked into the Pet Store. She skidded to a stop, a puff of dust blowing up at the force. She growled, and looked around. She didn't want to have to hurt the boy, who was staring at her. From behind, the Store Owner was running at her. Looking up, her eyes lit with a plan. She burst up onto a bunch of cages, them rattling at her weight. Skyre jumped up to a window, her paws scrabbling to get through. She managed to pull herself in, and compressing her body together, she slipped through, disappearing down to outside.
