Rick ran out of his secret sleeping area when she heard Vitani and set off looking for her.

vitani's body floated to a river bank.

Kyros chuckled lightly in his sleep. His legs kicking around in the snow and thrashed his tail back and forth. From afar it would look like the well built male was in extreme pain. But from the hearty chuckles he gave out it was clear that he was enjoying himself. After a few minutes the violent thrashing died down to some wriggling shuffles ( XD ).

Lichen raced down the slope of the waterfall. She wadded to the other side and saw the loner, Rick. She grabbed Vitani by the ruf and pulled her to where she was squarely on the bank. She sat down next to the body, tears streaming from her eyes. "My best friend....." She whimpered. if only she hadnt just held the log. She should have helped her off it. She had seen the crack where the log broke, but it had been so small she hadnt thought anything of it.

Lichen broke down. Then turned to Shanes brother. "Her....her body should stay in someplace i know, ......where ......it will be hidden from scavengers. And i think someone should guard it....If you want we can take turns....Now....now could you help me? The spot i know isnt far." Lichen picked up vitani by the ruff, and waited for rick to get in a comfortable carrying posttion.

She laughed then looked at him, her head slanted a bit. "What is it?"

Rymth shook his head. "Really... It's nothing." He looked down and blushed a bit.

"Alright, Mr Secretive." she said. The pain in her paw was beginning to fade.

Rymth laughed. "I was just going to tell you that... You are very beautiful... I can't help it Ina."

She blushed. She leaned over as licked his cheek sweetly. She smiled.
